"Lie down." You took the banana you were cutting up with intentions of making it into a smoothie, and pointed it at her.

"I don't want to." She repeated, crossing her arms, putting her chin up, challenging you.

"Kim Taeyeon." You called her name, confronting her in the same way.

"Will you throw me that banana?" She questioned, raising her eyebrows "It's the only one left." She reminded.

"Whatever it takes?" She took two steps back, stretching her arms out to hold onto the edges of the archway that led into your kitchen "Well, catch me if you can." She sentenced, using the support on the timbers to generate momentum and turn on her heels, then dashed off.

"I'll do whatever it takes." You affirmed "On the couch." You ordered.

You threw the banana you were holding in your hands in the direction of her small figure that was now running away from you, as if you thought the impact would be hard enough to knock her down.

However, the banana missed.

You paused for a moment to look at the fruit scattered on the ground, thinking that now you would not be able to finish your smoothie, and you would also have to clean up.

After the realization that your olympic toss hadn't helped at all, you ran out the way your girlfriend had fled earlier. You stopped in the hallway to analyze which door she might have entered through.

The bathroom? Why would she go into the bathroom?

The dressing room? Could she have been hiding among the clothes?

The bedroom? Definitely in there.

You carefully open the door and step into the room you share with Taeyeon. Making as little noise as possible while walking, you scanned the place in search of her.

"Taengoo?" You uttered finally as you weren't able to find the girl anywhere.

Silence.

You ran your eyes around the room, scanning it again. Your gaze finally falling on a certain place: the bed. More precisely, under it. You wouldn't want to think she was there, because of how obvious it would have been to hide there, but it was the only place unchecked.

"Love?" you called out to her again.

This time being reciprocated by a bark coming from Zero, who was, effectively, under the bed.

"Zero-yah!" You heard your partner whine, only to have the little puppy subsequently come out of hiding and start jumping at you, asking you to pick him up.

From under the mattress peeked Taeyeon's head, who was watching you, frustrated, with a pout on her lips.

"Get out of there and lie down." You resumed the topic that had caused this whole situation.

"Taeyeon! You have a fever!" You reproached her with an incredulous tone.

"I have to go to work." She explained, expressionless, obvious.

You weren't able to assimilate your girlfriend's behavior. For almost two years now, she hadn't stopped working, as if she didn't already have enough money. You admired her, of course you did. One of the big reasons why you were so in love with her was that vehement passion for what she does. But everything has a limit, and she was exceeding hers.

You could understand if Taeyeon was turning down a whim of yours for her to stay at home with you, but this time, she was sick and still wanted to get into that studio where she spends hours and days.

You had to intervene, of course you had to intervene, for her sake.

"What are you thinking about?" Her voice interrupted your train of thought and you turned your gaze to her head, which, as she hadn't fully come out of hiding yet, was still peeking out from under the place where you both slept.

"Bullshit," she denied as she pulled her body out from under there "you weren't thinking about that, but okay."

"That you're not up yet."

She left the room and started walking around the house. At first you didn't understand what she was doing, but then you could see that Taeyeon was gathering her things

to leave.

"Yah!" You exclaimed as you saw her head for the front door.

After hearing your shout and realizing you had already read the situation, she tried to run as fast as she could towards her freedom, but your legs are longer, so you were in time to catch her by the waist and gently push her back.

"You're worse than a toddler." You scolded her by pointing your finger at her.

"I don't care."

"Love, I'm just fine." She assured, whining.

You walked until you were close to her, then bent down. She looked at you, not getting what you were doing. You put your arm behind her knees, causing her to lose her balance, to which she squealed in surprise, and using that opportunity, you lifted her up and rested her on your shoulder.

It's not that you were a person with a lot of strength. It's just that Taeyeon is practically a plant.

"Hey! This can't be legal. You're holding me against my will!" She kicked, hit your back, and even bit your shoulder, trying to get you to put her down.

Finally, you gently set her down on the bed you share, giving her a kiss on the forehead, opening the sheets so you could cover her with them.

"Yes, I will," you took off your slippers and climbed onto the bed, gluing your body to hers and wrapping her in your arms "you can never resist me."

"You won't buy me with love, you bastard." She said, putting on a voice that sounded like gollum in the Spain dub and turning to the side to turn her back to you.

She turned abruptly to look at you with a judgemental grimace, unable to believe your outburst of self-esteem.

"I'm sorry." You murmured, looking at her sweetly, as if in your eyes you carried tenderness itself.

"You're not lying, but you could be more modest." She advised with a raised eyebrow, and the corners of her lips turned down.

Taeyeon gently held your face in her hands, brushing your cheeks with her fingertips, giving your jaw a support with her palms. She leaned in close enough for your nostrils to nuzzle and then moved her head subtly up and down to extend the gesture. You were in such a trance before her adoration that until she moved her lips, you didn't notice that she was kissing you. You raised your hand, resting it on her chest, and pushed her away.

"You have a fever, don't kiss me!" You shrieked.

"Are you kidding me!?" She replied, frustrated "You won't let me go to work, I'm sick, you chased me and held me against my will, and now I can't even kiss you?" She collapsed between the pillows, covering her face with her hands, dejected.

"Kim Taeyeon, we need to talk."

"If you break up with me, you're ugly." She sat up quickly, pointing accusingly at you.

"Seriousness."

"Okay, seriousness." She furrowed her eyebrows.

"You're working too much."

"How can I ever be working too much? If it's work, it can never be too much." She interrupted you.

"Taeyeon, you're overworking yourself." You repeated, dropping the playful tone and sounding worried.

"My love, you lost weight, you hardly sleep and you even eat little." You took her hands "You haven't taken a break in years." Your eyes met, in her face you noticed that she knew what you were saying was true.

"It's not like that..."

"Yes, honey, I know." She said, looking down to her hands.

"You're sick right now. Is it really so terrible for you to stay at home for a few days and do nothing?"

She averted her gaze to the side, trying to suppress a smile.

The reality was that it generated butterflies in her belly that you took care of and worried about her.

But you don't know that.

"It wouldn't be so bad." She whispered, succumbing to your words.

"Wouldn't it?" You smiled broadly.

A small pout crossed Taeyeon’s features as she stared at her phone screen. The picture coming through the facetime call was a familiar one, intimately familiar in fact. Tiffany Young laughed playfully at the expression she was given, giving an apologetic look in return.

“Aw, baby! I wish I could be there too,” Tiffany replied. “Next year. Or you could join me��”

This was the difficult part of having a long distance relationship where both parties were active in different parts of their life. The two months Taeyeon had gotten to enjoy Tiffany’s company all to herself were heavenly and yet it seemed their time ended right before the holidays and Tiffany had to return to the States.

“Maybe if you give me some incentive I’d consider it.”

“Eleven hours is a long flight!” Taeyeon protested jokingly.

A brief silence fell over the call and Taeyeon’s expression became melancholic once more. Noticing her girlfriend’s face, Tiffany attempted to cheer her up.

“Maybe for New Years I’ll be able to fly over. If things aren’t too crazy.”

“You’re just saying that to make me feel better,” Taeyeon muttered.

The rest of the call continued on a lighter note, the two women exchanging recent stories and laughing over memories from Christmas past. When it was time for Taeyeon to go to bed she did so reluctantly, with dreams of Santa bringing her the one person she wanted for Christmas…

It was well into the night when Tiffany turned the lock on Taeyeon's door. Quietly she peered in, hoping her girlfriend's dogs wouldn't give her away. She was just kind of staring at you while zoning out, and her thoughts were about this and that until it came to a small, almost inconsequential things you had done that day for her

Harin sat in her car, holding onto the steering wheel as she breathed heavily. She was sitting in the parking lot of her doctor’s office, having just had a checkup.

During her checkup, her doctor suddenly said that he wanted to do an ultrasound, saying he just wanted to be thorough. Harin thought nothing of it as she knew that doctors were told to do certain procedures if they thought it was necessary. Upon getting her ultrasound and returning to her room, the doctor told her that she was pregnant. “A cryptic pregnancy,” he had explained before telling her that the size of the baby made him think she was six months into her pregnancy.

He referred her to one of the OBGYN’s in the doctor’s office, where she did a full checkup to see how the baby was doing — perfectly fine, luckily — and to see how she was progressing. The OBGYN confirmed that she was six months pregnant, around 30 weeks.

She left the checkup with a big envelope containing her ultrasound scan, the gender of her baby, and a pamphlet for first-time-moms. The OBGYN seemed to register her shock and didn’t ask her questions that had nothing to do with the pregnancy and gave her time to organise her thoughts. Although Harin wasn’t able to express it, she felt very grateful.

Taking a steadying breath, she groaned. “Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck!”

With no other plans for the day, she decided to just go home. She knew Dongwook was filming a drama and wouldn’t be home until after she planned on eating, giving her quite a lot of time to herself seeing as it was only two in the afternoon.

The drive home was a blur that she didn’t register until she was standing in front of her door, envelope in hand. With a sigh, she opened the door, her dogs rushing to her immediately. They jumped excitedly by her feet as she walked to the family room.

She threw the envelope onto the coffee table, looking away from it immediately. She sighed. “What the fuck?” She brought her hand up, absentmindedly rubbing her stomach. There was no bump, no swelling, no sign of a baby. But there was a baby.

She spent the rest of the afternoon on the couch, sitting there quietly until Dongwook came home. The sun had already set and the dogs were playing with an old pillow, biting at it and dragging it around.

“Harin-ah!” Dongwook called out.

“I’m in here!” She responded, looking up from the spot on the wall she had been staring at.

A few seconds later, her husband appeared, a plastic bag in his hand. “Hey,” he said, moving to sit next to her. He placed the plastic bag on the coffee table. “I bought dinner.”

“Is it already time for dinner?” She asked, checking her phone.

“Yeah. Are you okay?”

She nodded hesitantly. “I think I’m just a bit tired. Still adjusting to life after touring.”

“Okay. I’ll go warm up the food.” He began to stand up but was stopped by Harin placing her hand on his thigh.

“No, I’ll do it. You rest.” She stood up and grabbed the bag before walking to the kitchen. She pulled the takeout containers out, putting them into the microwave. Whilst she was there, she pulled out a container of homemade dog food and put some inside their food bowls.

Dinner was a quiet affair. Dongwook was tired from filming all day and Harin was deep in thought. They made sure to recycle the takeout containers and clean up in the kitchen, washing any dishes that had spent the day in the sink, before going to their room.

“I’m going to take a shower,” Dongwook told her as he walked into the bathroom, “my muscles are a bit tight.”

“Okay.” Harin nodded. She sat on the bed, gnawing at her bottom lip. He nodded, leaning against the headboard with a groan. “Yes.” He closed his eyes and inhaled deeply. “All I needed was some hot water,” he said as Harin began to massage his scalp. He angled his head closer to her so it would be easier for her.

“Are you tired?”

“So fucking much,” he mumbled.

“Then you should go to sleep,” she said, removing her hand. His eyes popped open so he could stare at her, and she stared back. “Sleep.”

He groaned. “If you continued doing that, I would have fallen asleep in no time.”

The couple settled in bed, turning their lamps off. Harin lay on her back, staring up at the ceiling as she thought about the day. She heard Dongwook’s breathing begin to even out. “I’m pregnant,” she whispered into the quiet of the room.

To her right, she heard Dongwook shuffle in bed before his lamp switched on. He turned to face her, shock evident on his face. “What?”

Harin nodded, pursing her lips as she continued to look above her. “I’m pregnant. Six months, in fact.”

“Six months?”

She sat up, leaning against the headboard as Dongwook did the same. Reaching to her bedside table, she handed him the envelope that she was given by her doctor.

“I haven’t really checked it,” she told him as he looked down at it, “but there it is.”

Dongwook’s fingers flexed around the corner of the envelope. “What? You’re… What?”

Grabbing one of his hands, she placed it on her stomach. There wasn’t a bump, hence the cryptic pregnancy, but just the knowledge that there was a baby in there made her feel different. “A baby, Dongwook,” she said, still not looking at him.

“But we– we use condoms.”

He was trying to figure it out, understand it. She had done the same thing for almost an hour as she sat on the couch, going over the past six months. And that was when she remembered.

“We didn’t in January. I must have forgotten to take the pill afterwards. Or maybe I did and it just didn’t work. It’s common.”

Placing the envelope on his lap, Dongwook angled his body towards Harin. “Are you okay? Talk to me, Harin-ah.”

Harin sighed. “I know we’ve talked about having, but we haven’t planned for kids. I have, what? Three months of my pregnancy left. We need to start preparing a nursery, we need to buy baby products, we need to read a shit ton of books, we–” She interrupted herself with a deep inhale. “I don’t know that we are at a place to be having kids.”

“But I think we can make it work. Our life now won’t be our life three months from now.” He squeezed her hand. “We both want kids, right?” He waited for her to nod. “We’re financially stable, we aren’t having marital issues, and we’re mentally prepared for kids. What could go wrong?”

Harin breathed out a laugh. “Your optimism is admirable.”

“Your pessimism is annoying,” he quipped, bumping her shoulder with his. “We can do this.”

“Yes. And just think about how shocked everyone will be once we tell them you’re pregnant.”

Harin laughed, throwing her head back. “It will be hilarious.”

He rubbed his thumb against the back of her hand. “How do you feel about this now?”

“Surprising better. Now that I’ve talked with you. A little terrified, a little… excited. You?”

“Pretty much the same.” He smiled warmly at her. “Do you want to open the envelope?”

She inhaled sharply. “Well– I… Yes.”

“Yes?”

“Yes,” she said. “I do.”

He nodded and picked up the envelope, investigating the outside. He opened it, peeping to see what was inside. “Well, this will help us,” he said, pulling out a pamphlet titled What to Expect?. He pulled out another one, Necessary Baby Items.

Harin took the pamphlets and placed them in her lap. She skimmed through the first one, reading one sentence on every other page.

Dongwook reached into the envelope, freezing when he touched a slightly thick, glossy paper. He pulled it out slowly, breathing out a gasp when he saw the baby printed onto the paper. He looked to his left to see Harin staring at the ultrasound.

“That’s our baby,” she whispered.

“It’s so big. And small.” His eyes returned to the paper, tracing it with his finger.

Harin chuckled, putting her hand on her stomach. “And it’s right here.”

“Do you know the gender?” Dongwook asked.

She shook her head. “I think the doctor wrote it down somewhere.”

Dongwook put his hand in the envelope again, feeling around for another piece of paper. When he didn’t feel one, he took his hand out. He stared at the ultrasound for a second before thinking of something. He turned it around and smiled softly when he saw the writing there.

“Congratulations, it’s a girl!” He read.

Harin smiled as well. “Well, if I couldn’t have a sister, at least I can have a daughter,” she joked.

“She’s gonna look just like you,” he said.

“And you know that how?”

He shrugged. “Just an instinct. I said Seonghee’s son would look a bit like her and he does.”

“I guess you’re right.” She looked at him. “Are you happy?”

“So fucking much,” he said, cradling her head in his hand. “Are you?”

She nodded. “We’re having a baby,” she whispered with a chuckle.

“Yeah, we are,” he whispered back. “I love you.” He pressed a kiss to her forehead.

“I love you too.” She brought her hand up, tracing his lip. “Should we go to sleep now?”

“Yeah.”

They gathered all the stuff back into the envelope, putting it on Dongwook’s bedside table. They lied down in bed again, turning the lights off.

“When do you want to start telling people?” He quietly asked. He had placed his hand on her stomach and was rubbing it with his thumb.

“Whenever we feel ready, I guess,” she said just as softly, placing her hand over his. “We can do it tomorrow, we can do it next week. I’m fine whenever.”

“Really?”

“Yeah.”

Synopsis: Y/N was close friends with SNSD, particularly with Jessica and Taeyeon. It was rather an open secret in the group that Jessica liked Y/N due to a misunderstanding where Jessica overheard Y/N talking, she got the impression that you weren’t interested in her. Worse still, the incident happened and you ended up losing touch with Jessica soon after. However, in that period you grew closer, much closer with Taeyeon, even moving in together last year. Fate though seems to have a different plan or perhaps it just decides to open up closed roads for you….

And as you walk around with Taeyeon, someone on the bench catches your eye, for some reason you feel drawn towards her, you stagger and take a moment to focus on the mystery person.

“Y/n? You okay what are you….”, Taeyeon falters in her question as her eyes land on same person as you. “Oh.”, her voice sounding slightly colder as she instantly recognizes her.

You sigh and hug her back, unable to stop smiling as well. “I didn’t ask.”, Sica replies with a forced smile but the sting in her voice makes it clear that Taeyeon is winning this round.

You try to change the topic sensing the hostility and it works…for a while atleast. A couple hours pass by, topics of the old days, catching up to the current times all happen and then Taeyeon looks to the clock. “Well, WE don’t want to hold you up any longer than you want to be, don’t worry if you need to leave, it’s not a big deal. I’m sure your manager will want you back at the hotel.”

“Actually….”, Jessica begins awkwardly, “I don’t have a manager anymore….I just came on my own to do some work, maybe explore a bit but the usual place I stay at is fully booked right now. Even though they can make exceptions for me, this time it’s a bit too late for that”.

Taeyeon’s alarm bells begin to ring as she sense which direction this conversation is headed and she kicks your leg under the table, warning you not to do it. However, you instead take that as a cue to do the opposite.

“I’m sorry to hear that Sica”, you begin sympathetically as Taeyeon nods trying not to smile. “But if you’d like, you can stay here for a few days”, you offer and Taeyeon immediately stops nodding, staring dagger at you trying to send the message but you didn’t notice.

“Well, actually”, Taeyeon racks her brains trying to think of an excuse, “there’s only one bed at the moment because the other room is being painted. So I guess….”.

“Well, in that case, Jessica you can just sleep on the couch”, Taeyeon says dismissively.

“Where is Y/N sleeping then? Didn’t you say they slept here”, Jessica asks quickly.

“Well…since there’s no other way, they can sleep with me-I mean, on my bed this one time I guess”, Taeyeon answers like she doesn’t want this but has no other option.

“No.”, Jessica replied in a cold tone all of a sudden.

Later that night you were twisting and turning on the couch, missing your bed. You sigh and take a deep breath. You were staring at the ceiling slowly falling asleep when you feel a hand on your shoulder.

“Y/N? You awake?”, Jessica quietly whispers.

“Hmm?” You sleepily reply. “Jes…Sica? You aren’t sleeping?”

“I did for a bit….but now I can’t…” she says quietly.

You sit up and yawn, making space for her and she sits next to you, getting into the blanket, leaning in close to you. It feels a bit weird. Like you were back in the past. You recall the movie nights and marathons you both did together. The two of you sit in silence, quietly enjoying the warmth and presence of the other.

“….you wanna watch a movie like old times?”, you ask breaking the silence.

Jessica smiles brightly, leaning into you a bit, fidgeting with her necklace,“I was hoping you would ask that.”

You smile back and soon enough you both had put on something. About an hour later, you both were just giggling and teasing each other, paying almost no attention to the movie. The other members of SNSD had come to adore Y/N as if she were their own little sister, and they had accepted her with open arms into their close-knit family.

Tiffany - Baby! 

Tiffany exclaimed, rushing to her girlfriend's side. She wrapped her girl in a protective embrace, her expression a mixture of relief and fury. 

Tiffany - What happened, sweetheart? Are you okay?

Y/N clung to Tiffany, tears streaming down her face as she explained the horrifying encounter with the staff member. Tiffany's protective instinct flared even brighter as she looked over at her fellow SNSD members. Their expressions mirrored her own, the love and concern for Y/N evident in their eyes.

Tiffany turned to the staff member, her voice laced with fury. 

Tiffany - You! What do you think you're doing? *glares*

The staff member stammered, realizing that they were surrounded by a group of determined women who would not stand for any harm to come to their beloved Y/N. The members of SNSD were ready to take action, and they were known for their close bond and sisterly protection.

As the staff member stuttered an apology, Taeyeon, the leader of SNSD, stepped forward with a stern expression. 

Taeyeon - You should be ashamed of yourself. Don't ever let us catch you doing something like this again.

Yuri - You won't get off easy next time. We won't tolerate any harm coming to our Y/N. *scowls*

With a mixture of shame and fear, the staff member quickly retreated, leaving TWICE's youngest in the protective embrace of her girlfriend and her newfound family. As the initial shock began to subside, Y/N felt a sense of safety and comfort that only came from being surrounded by people who loved and cared for her.

Taeyeon wrapped her arms around the young girl, her voice filled with warmth. 

Taeyeon - You're safe now, Y/N. We won't let anything happen to you.

Just as Y/N was beginning to feel a little calmer, a group of familiar faces appeared on the scene. It was her fellow TWICE members, who had been alerted to the incident by the stage crew.

Jihyo, TWICE's leader and Y/N's mama, was the first to reach her kid, her expression filled with concern. 

Jihyo - Angel, are you okay? We heard what happened.

Nayeon - We're here for you, sweet girl. We won't let anything happen to you.

Y/N's heart swelled with gratitude as she saw the members of both groups standing together, ready to protect her. She turned to Tiffany, who was still holding her close, and whispered:

I love you all. I'm so lucky to have you in my life.

Momo, one of Y/N's fellow TWICE members, stepped forward and hugged her dongsang tightly.

Momo - We're like your big sisters, Y/N, and we'll always look out for you.

As the event continued, Y/N was never alone. She was constantly surrounded by the love and protection of both TWICE and SNSD, who had become her extended family. The incident had only served to strengthen their bonds, and Y/N knew that she would always be cherished and safeguarded by the people who had become her protectors and her family. Everyone else at the table followed your actions, adding some whistle or shout of encouragement.

"Thank you, thank you, I only meant to bring real holiday snacks." Replied the woman at the group reaction.

"Hey, no one thanked me for my hotteok." Hyoyeon's voice was heard, complaining.

"They're burnt!" Tiffany reproached.

"Well, then you should've made them!" Countered the blonde.

"I'm american!" She defended herself.

"I don't see you brought any burgers either!" Added the dancer, crossing her arms, earning a few laughs from the people witnessing the fight.

"I brought something more important," the black haired took a bottle of champagne in her hands and shook it slightly above her head "alcohol!" She finished causing everyone else to once again cheer.

"Congratulate me on my hotteok, please." Hyoyeon repeated whining, sitting down again and kicking her feet to show her anger.

"Come to think of it, no one said anything about my khao pad either!" Spoke Lisa joining the discussion "Hyoyeon we're victims!"

"Right?"

Both girls reached out to each other to hug and suffer their feigned pain.

"Thank you for your contributions," soothed your girlfriend, Sooyoung, coming back from the kitchen and sitting next to you "at least you brought something." She turned to look at you accusingly, referring to the fact that you didn't prepare any food for the gathering.

"It's my house!" It was the eighth time you'd said that so far tonight.

"And you couldn't even buy snacks?"

"I offered you guys my home!"

Everyone loves the holidays. The special food, getting together with people you love, not working, getting drunk, the happy atmosphere. Regardless of what your favorite holiday is or what you are celebrating, they are always beautiful times of the year.

This Christmas had started out a little sad for you and everyone close to you, as everyone is swamped with work, and really, no one could take many days off, which meant not spending the holidays with your families. In just a few days you and the other Blackpink members would have to leave Korea to continue your tour, while your girlfriend and her group would continue with their extremely full schedules.

Sometimes it seemed unfair to you, to be with someone like her, so smart, beautiful and funny, but not being able to show her off to anyone. However it was the best thing for both of you, you could live your life as a couple in peace, have your problems without anyone prying, have your tender moments where no one would tease you, love each other without anyone asking why or how.

But as the relationship became more and more serious, it was getting closer to the time to whitewash it to your loved ones.

The members of Blackpink and SNSD had become close over time, the relationship started through Jennie and Taeyeon who became friends as they took their dogs to play together, then you met Seohyun at a drama filming set and instantly hit it off. Eventually, having similar experiences as members of successful girl groups, you girls formed a friendship with each other.

And then, a conversation between Tiffany and Rosé ended in the twelve of you spending christmas together at your apartment.

At first it seemed crazy to you, since you don't like to be among so many people. In the end you ended up proposing that it be at your place.

Sooyoung and you had been nervous for weeks, thinking that it was the first time you would be together in front of all the members of both groups. You began discussing how you would go about avoiding as much as possible any act that would give you away as a couple, until you concluded that it was time to confirm that you were together.

"I want to kiss you in the comfort of a meeting with my friends and I want them to know that I love you." Those were the words that convinced you.

It was easy to plan it and think about the time it would happen before the events actually happened, but sitting at the table while eating, thinking that at any moment you would have to confess that you were the people you had been dating for almost a year, was nerve wracking.

Confess? But your friends didn't even expect it to be you.

Everyone knew you were both in relationships, but they didn't even suspect that those relationships were your own selves.

Lisa's khao pads were tasty, you would have enjoyed them if you could consume some without your stomach wanting to throw it up from the nerves.

What you were most uneasy about was seeing Sooyoung in the same state as you. You assumed she would be relaxed, but she was just as desperate as you.

Was she like this because the other members wouldn't accept you?

You made sure no one was watching and tapped your leg against Sooyoung's to get her attention. She watched you, a clear expression of surprise on her face, but before asking you why you wanted her to look at you, she hit you back with her leg.

You frowned, not believing she had just attacked you, to which she laughed at your grimace. You repeated, pushing her leg with yours.

She opened her mouth, incredulous, and copied the action again. Thus the two of you became involved in a silent leg wrestling match.

I mean, to you it was silent, all the other people in the room were watching you, judging.

"Yah, you two," Sunny's voice distracted you "Are you okay, should we take you to play on the swings?"

"Yah, shut up." Exclaimed your girlfriend to her bandmate, then looked at you "Tell them." She demanded.

You were stunned, this is much simpler than you imagined, much more straightforward.

"Just like that?" You questioned raising your eyebrows.

"Tell us what?" Taeyeon asked.

"y/n is going to leave Blackpink!" Lisa shrieked, guessing, covering her face ready to cry.

"No, you idiot, why would I do that?" you dismissed her delirium.

"Did you call me an idiot, you idiot?"

"Are you moving permanently to Los Angeles? This is Tiffany's fault!" Jennie said now.

"No, no."

"How would it be my fault?"

"You're into drugs!?" Seohyun exclaimed.

"Or in the mafia!" Added Yoona.

"In drugs and the mafia!" Concluded Jisoo.

"I'm not involved in anything illegal! Stop it!" You defended yourself.

"Oh my God! y/n is pregnant." Rosé surmised covering her mouth with both hands.

"What? No!" You quickly denied waving your hands in the air.

"And we don't even know who the father is." Yuri reminded, pretending to start sobbing.

"Me! I'm the father! It's me." Shouted Sooyoung, stressed, causing a burial silence.

"Huh?"

"Is y/n infertile and you're going to give her your ovums so she can have a baby?" Hyoyeon assumed.

"y/n you want a baby?" The thai woman looked at you quizzically.

"Why would you want a baby at this age?" Added Jennie.

"y/n don't want a baby! What I mean..." your girlfriend put her hands on her waist and started pacing back and forth, thinking.

She took a deep breath and turned her gaze back to you, everyone else expectant of her actions. She approached you calmly, took your face and left a short kiss on your lips. Then she jumped back and opened her arms pointing at you, as if she was showing you off.

"That!" She uttered.

"Sooyoung you shouldn't do that, y/n is in a relationship." Yuri scolded.

"And in fact so are you!" Supported Lisa.

"You two must have been the ones explaining to Dora where the bridge was." Sunny blurted out, annoyed.

"y/n is my girlfriend, I'm y/n's girlfriend." Sooyoung confessed.

You approached her and put your arm on her shoulder, then left a kiss on her forehead, she wrapped her arms around your waist.

That was it, it was done. Now, they knew.

"And we are very happy." You added.

Your friends started clapping, adulating and even jumping up and down.

And they approved you.

Most important, they still loved you.

"How beautiful is love!" Proclaimed the american.

"Bullshit, it sucks, but yours doesn't suck so much!" Taeyeon disagreed.

"Kiss, kiss, kiss, kiss!" Initiated a joint chant Rosé.

At the girls' request, Sooyoung and you looked at each other, smiled, and then joined in a tender kiss, which in the background was accompanied by the squeals of the people you loved the most.

"Merry christmas, girlfriend." You spoke when you broke away from her.

"Oh, merry christmas, love of my life." She answered.

"Merry fucking christmas, beautiful ladies!" Cut off Tiffany as she uncorked the drink she brought.
