It’s to my southern shame that I do not much care for the taste of sweet potatoes. I just started to tolerate the pies.

Aww, what a sweetie. And that’s Damon’s...I’m just going to link back to this one for the sweet potato kids since the developers thought to just have them in EACH SCENE.

The Snowshine Celebration was the first festival I got to experience with a boyfriend and it was quite cute!! I even tried to dress up.

Random Ish from the Snowshine Festival

Okay, sorry, this festival was...a thumb’s down for me. It’s not interactive, it’s not even...Starry Night Festival, while can be repetitive, cute. Half the romantic conversation is interrupted by a kid talking about sweet potatoes. Not knocking anyone that enjoyed it, I just...expect a bit more than this. Again, we had some really interactive festivals on the N64. We are leagues past that so I don’t know...why this is this way?

Iceland?

Okay...let me give them THIS credit though. Back in...2012, I guess, when they released A New Beginning...I took METICULOUS time to build my garden during those stupid ASS GARDEN TOURS. It was built to the NINES and the town would RIP ME APART.

The next time it came around...I literally just loaded the thing up with picnic chairs or tables or something. They were talking about it was a MASTERPIECE and ‘wonderful’ and I think...I think that’s when I quit the whole damn thing. So, I guess they could have had us building an ice sculpture in competition and...that could have happened.

Snowshine Festival (Intro)

In a rare bit of character building, it was either Clemens or Lars that mentioned they were originally from a super cold place. With the names, I’d probably lean Scandinavian origin suggestion, perhaps.

*Sigh* Again, I do not understand why there was literally no snow coverage on anything. The railing up the steps, on top of the light post, on the ground, maybe.

I managed to go through this event with all the bachelors somehow. It’s...something.
