while I’m on the topic of wild aus, I wanna talk about arguably my oldest au that I’ve been thinking about since around 2015-16(?) but have never posted about because I have been hoping to finish at least one thing from it but never have.

This au started due to seeing people make their own deskformer aus on tweeter, which were aus based off of whatever figures they had on their desks. Originally I only had krk and slash so the au mainly stared those two and they would have a mentor apprentice relationship, but then I got star, windb, and unicronn rodi so they were quickly thrown in to the chaos. When they were added the premise and story line changed to all of them being strangers who were just living their lives until unicronn attacked.

Most of the story would have been told in slash’s perspective through something similar to either snapchatt or ig reels. This I did start but didn’t really get to far with.

the story would start with slash scrolling through her images, remembering the night everything went wrong in their lives while she sits around a debri made campfire with the others.

They had all gotten on one of many evacuation ships that would get them to different off world safe locations, but unicroniann heralds chased after them deep into space. In the chaotic frenzy, their ship and one other were attacked by the heralds, forcing all on board to get to the escape pods. While most escaped and were picked up by the other ships, a handful get knocked off course and are unable to be picked up or get shot down. They were each in shuttles knocked off course, and without the controls working they were forced to sit and brace the crash landing on some unknown planet where none of their coms work. Whether it’s because they are so far from home or there is no home to return to is unknown to them.

they aren’t the only ones on that planet however as many heralds also came down in the crash with them during all the chaos. Now they’re not only stuck but are fighting for their lives almost on a daily bases against foes who are nigh immortal and who they assume could potentially summon more to this planet.

I have more of their story but am still figuring out the full time line, so here are some sorta kinda character sheets(?) for the main five.

While all of them do care for slash, (even rodi though he cannot show it as much as he’d like) she still develops a mentor apprentice relationship with krk out of all of them. Though all of them do have moments in the story where they each have to teach her something so she does spend some time with everyone. Krk is the one that teaches her how to fire a gun, star passes off some of his scientific knowledge (he wants someone to remember some of his work on the off chance death sticks), and windb teaches her close range weapons. Still a little unclear on what rodi teaches her as he doesn’t have much moments of clarity. Probably hand to hand, but whether thats actually rodi or the essence of unicronn looking to pick a fight with what is essentially a tween is still up for debate lmao

There are other characters in the story too. Rc, slipstreem, tg, and elitaa are also stranded. I’ve not decided if it’s on the same planet just on the other side or if it’s a different planet all together, but they are the first people the main five make contact with outside of heralds.

Rosie and warp are safe. They are among the many that escaped the unicronn attack and got away from the heralds. They believe that star, slipstreem, tc, and slash are dead.

Tc is alive.

still debating if krk, rodi, and windb have anyone in the safe zone missing them.

I need to write out more notes for this so for now have some more krk and slash centered doodles for the au ft rc and slipstreem lol

Fun fact: I adore writing teens. Especially in current settings, though, once you move past that life stage yourself, it becomes a bit tricky. You will get your tone off, unless you keep up. My sister is ten years younger than me and we get along well, so for the longest time, I had a link. But she's full in her twenties now, and frankly, I think I'm just going to wait and hope my kids don't hate me as teens, because I need their intel.

Disclaimer: I would never write characters that resemble my kids, unless I wrote the story while they read along and approved. It's just intel. Language. Habits. etc. Which are already different in Belgium versus English speaking countries. You get a bit of slack, writing historical. You don't get that in temporary writing. What you do get, are tiktokkers or snapchatters ready to tell you WE DO NOT SOUND LIKE THIS.*

*This didn't actually happen to me yet, but it is a genuine fear.

What about the adults? Are they also on Instagram? On Facebook perhaps? - 🐸

there are like 3 dtblr blogs i never unfollowed bc i just don’t really unfollow people unless they truly piss me off and also well also i am just nosy and everytime one of their posts come across my dash it feels like the state of being their fan has only gotten more depressing and less fun 😭 like idk how they even have a fandom anymore even regardless of dream being a creep bc they’re just truly so boring and the only intriguing thing about them was always dnf

I got a notification for my Snapchat 2024 Recap with a giant Share button on the bottom and an option to put it on Spotlight to “reach millions of snapchatters” meanwhile so much of the Recap in question is just pictures of my dog or me in just a bra or even less. NO I AM NOT SHARING THAT! What do the employees even do when they decide to make these little slideshows that are going to have a completely randomized mix of pictures I sent to a bunch of people and pictures I saved and sent to absolutely no one? Like oh my god the logic is not there
