ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ They literally do not care if you were a thief or not. It's probably done a little thieving itself.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ When you tell them you're working on trying to change, they're completely fine with that as well. Tbh, they couldn't care less if you're a thief or not, it just doesn't want you to get into a lot of trouble.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ If you do impulsively swipe something from the palace and Longan finds out, Snake Fruit will not hesitate in taking the blame for you. It knows the dragon will punish them a lot less than they would punish you. Snake Fruit is still going to be a little pissed at you afterwards, but they are glad you're safe.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ They do try their best to help you in your pursuit of non-thievery. It gives you money and takes you shopping in their free time.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ They gave you a calendar so you can keep track of how many days you have gone without stealing anything! They'll review over it with you if you'd like, and they'll even give you some stickers if you have a good streak (expect a lot of stickers with snake puns on them).

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ They just love you to hell and back. When they ascend, they'll make sure you never have to steal anything again, because then the entire world would be yours.

You just close the closet door and walk to the center of your room. You didn’t trust that any nook and cranny in your room wasn’t empty. You turned your attention to your curtains and rushed over to them

Moving them aside revealed Lilac Cookie!

Lilac Cookie: Hmm…I was only here to make sure you were alright. Safe and sound. Do not get the wrong idea. Please.

Getting the attention of this wannabe dragon wasn't difficult, they had been eyeing you since before your first encounter. You are a noble and fierce dragon with an impressive reputation, after all. They envied your status, your strength, and your dragonhood.

Isn't it ironic that they fell for a dragon? Although it's not entirely surprising. Snakefruit believes that a dragon should be with another Dragon and that the two of you were meant to be together, despite the mistake of them being a snake. They promise that they will soon change and become the strong dragon that you deserve.

➻❥ Since before your relationship and during, it has always been apparent that Snakefruit would always marvel at you no matter what. They treasure their relationship with you absolutely, but there's no doubt that Snakefruit would throw in a few sly compliments that have you rethinking the choices you made.

➻❥ Snakefruit may seem deceitful with their questionable comments, but it's just their way of complimenting you by sounding a little too envious. They have a deceptive way of doing things, but they would never betray you. In their eyes, you've won the war, you've stolen Snakefruits heart and there's no way of getting it back.

➻❥ They know their heart is in good hands, they've spent plenty of time getting to trust you to know that. Maybe that's how you stole their heart. They lean on you with pure admiration, revealing a more loving side beyond their poker face.

Quality time: Having spent all their time helping others reach their goals, nothing compares to just sitting and savoring a moment with you. They're always asking for alone time, whether it's a brief encounter or a sneaky request, and you know they truly desire it.

Physical touch: They were never the touchy type, not before meeting you of course. You're a Dragon with stunning scales that are meant to be cherished. They would lightly caress your Dragon features, hold your hand, softly rub their cheek on you, and snuggle you behind closed doors.

Words of affirmation: You'd think it'd have a higher place but honestly, as much as Snakefruit tries to sound sweet it can sometimes sound alarming. However, that doesn't stop them from trying to get their words through your heart. At times, their words are exactly what you need to hear in the moment.

Gift giving: Another thing you'd think would be higher, they do try and gift you things but it's not their best of work. Yes, they'll find treasures and gather trinkets for you to own, but they only do this if the gift reminds them of you. Searching for a gift isn't out of the equation though the deja vu they get from looking for offerings for Longan Dragon Cookie can get a bit, irritating.

Acts of service: Similar to gift-giving, all Snakefruit has done is serve and serve many times, which is tiring and dehumanizing. After this repeated cycle, I don't think they'd be too willing to do everything for you. They wouldn't mind it at times, but to them, it just doesn't feel like their way of showing you their love.

➻❥ Due to Snakefruit being, well, a snake— this factor has a more dominating effect on their physical appearance. Half cookie doesn't stop how this half-snake is cold-blooded, so Snakefruit is drawn to your warmth.

➻❥ They don't ever announce when they're about to rub and side-nuzzle your body, they just do it. With the cheekiest smile on their face and a sigh of ease, however, they don't stay for long. It's a small tease they like to do; come about, feel your touch, and drift away when you just got comfortable.

➻❥ Though don't pull the same stunt on them, they don't like the taste of their own medicine. The expression of displeasure won't be too harshly painted on their face, but you know they don't like it based on their unnecessary pettiness in the following future. It just lasts a day don't worry.

➻❥ A funny yet sometimes annoying bit they do is when they purposefully drag their S's right when they're buttering you up for a surprise. Something like,,

➻❥ Questions about being a Dragon do reach about from time to time, they're curious about what it's like for you to be born with immense power and purpose. They wanna know your every opinion on the rocks they're willing to climb to achieve their goal of being a Dragon, do you think it's possible?

➻❥ Every kiss is precious, whether it's a gentle peck or a vibrant, breath-stealing one. Each time they kiss, they always model a smile on their face, you can always feel more of their smile against your lips whenever they lean in for more. They're so greedy.

➻❥ Snakefruit would enjoy eskimo kisses, it's a kiss where lovers gently rub their noses together, a wholesome gesture Snakefruit does with meaning behind it. These kisses are rarer than the quick peck ones or the sharp intimate ones. Only when they're adoring you behind closed doors, tenderly caressing your features, they can't help but touch your adorable face.

"I- Iguro-san!" Genya stammered. "I got you these!"

"Huh?" Iguro mumbled as the slayer placed a bag into his hands. Kaburamaru slithered down his shoulder to stick his tongue out, sniffing the things. "What… is it?"

"I- I wanted to get off on a good foot!" Genya explained shakily. "It's called snakefruit! I hope you like it, Iguro-san!"

Iguro slowly blinked, matching perfectly with Kaburamaru. Genya swallowed the lump in his throat, going down in a deep, respectful bow. Iguro huffed, turning away. "There's a room ready for new slayers coming to my training. Get yourself settled and we start training in ten minutes."

"Hai, Iguro-san!" Genya immediately went off in the direction the Snake Hashira pointed towards. Iguro listened to Genya's retreating footsteps, sighing then looking down at the fruit. A play on words, he supposed. Turning away to head to a private room, Iguro loosened the bandages to pop one of the clove-shaped fruits into his mouth. The snakefruit was crispy almost like an apple, even tasting similar along with something akin to banana or pineapple.

"I'm ready, Iguro-san!" Genya called from outside the room. Iguro replaced his mask and went out, to where the boy stood.

"Did you even settle in?" Iguro raised a judgemental brow.

"I can do that later." Genya held a determined gaze.

Damn, Iguro actually understood why Sanemi doted on the kid so much. He placed a hand on Genya's head, ruffling the mohawk. "This way, kid."

“That’s the point.” Sanemi huffed, putting down the knife as his otouto collapsed to the floor, crossing his arms with his puffy cheeks turned to a frown.

“No’ fair.” Genya mumbled, eyes furrowing.

Sanemi rolled his eyes, but the rest of his body showed a different story. “Here. Just a little bit, before ofukuro knows I did this.”

Genya lit up instantly as Sanemi sectioned off a small chunk, holding it downwards to where Genya could reach. The tiny fingers grasped onto the sticky thing, examining it. “Food?”

“Watermelon. Suika.” Sanemi explained. “Eat.”

Genya sniffed it, the juices running down his hands as he licked it off along with the small piece. It practically melted in his mouth, contrasting with the hot air. “Yummy! More, Sanemi, more! Please!”

Sanemi’s face burst out in a grin, continuing to use his foot to keep away the much more energetic toddler. “Nope, not until dinner’s done.”

Why did you choose figs as the forbidden fruit , I’m interested in what made you choose the fruit specifically

Oh yeah, it come from the actual forbidden fruit being depicted as/speculated to be a few different things, like an apple, pomegranate or a fig. Decided to go with the fig (or at least smth that vaguely looks like a fig bc idk how to draw it that well yet lol) bc I think the weird symbiotic relationship they have with wasps irl (i.e., wasps having to burrow inside and die in the fruit order for it to be pollinated) would be cool imagery and symbolism to incorporate

We know about your top five disliked Kingdom characters, now how about the top five disliked Ovenbreak characters? Both NPCs and Playable.

Welp, time to do this again.

I had to REALLY think on this because I do like a LOT of the Ovenbreak cookies, especially the forest cookies.

Like I said with the characters I dislike in Kingdom, I only dislike a character for the role they play in the story. Design wise they look good for the role they play.

Pastel Meringue: This is more a minor dislike than the others. They're kinda petty for not liking anyone and anything that's not pretty, frilly, and pink. They were mean to Current Cream at first, but they make up in the end. I don't know, I just don't see myself liking him. I feel he would judge my fashion sense. Jokes on him, I don't have one really.

Snakefruit: Its more uneasiness than dislike. I literally don't know wether to trust them of not. Like I know they're helping Lotus , Ananas, and Pitaya in defeating Longan rn for reasons. Mostly to become a dragon..... But idk, Im kinda uneasy about them. I'd keep an eye on them.

Plain Yogurt: TIME FOR RAGE. He, Custard and Abalone are the trio of being hated dilfs in this fandom. BUT HE DID IT FIRST. He wants to kill his younger brother Yogurt Cream bc he didn't get their father's money!! And hired two assassins to kill him bc he doesnt want to get his hands dirty!! What's with this pattern??

Lychee Dragon; Lychee... I don't like them. Theyre annoying. They made a disguise to make the Rambutan's villagers plus Rambutan herself trust her and integrate them into the tribe, Just to trick them, control them to make them love them, and have their monster practically destroy the village!! Rambutan lost her home beacause of them!! And they buddy-buddy with the last person on this list...

Longan Dragon: THIS....DRAGON... KEEP THEM FAR AWAY FROM ME. I'll be tuned to stone in an instant by their floating eyeballs. This crazy beast practically destroyed the dragon's islands just to make it "perfect" in their eyes. They hate cookies, to the point they make the others sacrifice the cookies just for Longan to EAT THEM. THEY EAT COOKIES. Just because they find them disgusting and useless. THEYRE THE MAIN PROBLEM BETWEEN THE DRAGONS. EVERYTHING WAS PEACEFUL BEFORE THEY SHOWED UP.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ Snake Fruit finds it hard to see how truly gullible you are. You always fall into their tricks and schemes and never even seems to notice afterwards, or even mind. It was pretty endearing, if a little easy for them to manipulate you.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ They know a lot about snakes- a lot. Being close to a serpent themselves, they have spent a lot of free time caring for their serpent servants, and thus know practically everything there is. It was more than thrilled to explain to you how to take care of a snake when you approached it one day and started asking questions about the small legless creatures you hadn't seen many times.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ They are often kept busy by being the personal servant of a dragon, but they do give you plenty of attention. They teach you a lot of what they know- which, to be honest, isn't really that much, with them being so stuck away in the Ivory Dragon's palace most of the time... but they have been outside quite a bit for missions and on their free time.

ˏˋ°•*⁀��� And if they don't know how to answer a question you ask, they'll just make something plausible up on the spot! It doesn't want to look dumb in front of you.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ They do not mind if you stay inside of Longan's palace all day- as long as you don't go anywhere stupid like the Ivory Dragon's room- and would, honestly, prefer you stay inside to outside. It enjoys your company, and is always looking forward to explaining something new to you.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ Whenever they're off duty or lazing about, they occasionally curl up next to you and read a small book with you. This is genuinely one of their favorite things to do.
