Gotta be one of the most iconic (and best) songs in the mgs franchise. Vocals and instrumental are both so powerful and tell the general plot of mgs3 through Snake's perspective. Also pretty touching because the lyrics are about the strong feelings he has towards his boss and you don't get to see such a tender side from Snake too much. Incredible song from an incredible game

hi! first of all thank you, i feel flattered. i don't really see what i do as research, it's just a collection :)

about the snakes and ribbons, there's nothing that immediately comes to my mind. maybe you can send me another message (dm or anon) elaborating on what you're looking for, so i can keep an eye out for it? one thing it makes me think of is the way the constellation ophiuchus/serpentarius is most often portrayed, with this belt-like snake around his waist. but that's rather far off your request.

Evil Spacecat is from a parody of Killer Clowns from Outerspace, Rosie is a possessed doll, Elf is an evil elf, Brayden Hook is a slasher from the countryside, Max Denvor is a sunken Diver killer, Gator is a gatorman killer, Snake Eye is a snake demon, Bishop is an evil priest based on the Nun, and Zoid and Pete Grisly are new to me

Vox is sort of unique among sinners in that, because his body has no biological components, he doesn't heal like most demons do. He can endure any physical damage he sustains other than that caused by an angelic weapon, but he can't pull himself back together the same way other sinners do– he needs to be repaired.

On the occasions when he'd engage in self-injurious behavior at the tower, Val and Velvette had an on-call engineer who would repair any damage he did to himself as soon as he calmed down enough for them to do their job effectively. At the hotel, Pentious was responsible for repairing any dents, cracks, or more "severe" injuries Vox sustained. Pen's not really used to working with technology as advanced as Vox's, but he does his best and usually succeeds at patching him up.
