I think one of the mushroom child has found a new friend!! There are a lot of them in the forest, but they are sooo big and heavy. Fortunately this one is smaller, it doesn't have a name yet 🐌🌿

Project 2.2  

I wanted to draw the habitat of the snails that I made. Doing some quick research and from observing the snails from before I looked at certain plants that a lot of the snails were around and eating. 

In my enclosure I have egg shells (calcium, to help growth and to make their shell stronger), sticks and bark is used for them to climb on which I found they enjoy (move a lot more) doing when presented with them, apples are their favourite fruit to eat as well as asparagus from what I’ve seen. I put a few inches of dirt in the ground as well as growing moss and rocks - smooth and rough. I noticed that they often like sleeping on the ceiling of the container as well as under big leaves and near the rocks. I spray them once a day so that they stay moist - they have been growing a lot and have been really active when I do.

While I was drawing this undergrowth I seemed to hear the birds, feel the sun on my skin and that scent of damp leaves and grass.
