@calgaryundergroundfilm's annual #saturdaymorningallyoucaneatcerealcartoonparty is one of my favourite events of the year. I've been attending since its inception, 10 years ago! So no quarantine was going to stop me from watching classic cartoons in my comfiest clothes with my chums, while eating cereal. I have no sugary cereal at home, so I added some blueberries to my #ricekrispies, lol. And I chose the cartoons based on the runtime, not realizing that the #Smurfs and #Garfield shorts I chose were about strange diseases! It was a #smurfdemic! 🤦‍♀️And we'll all be singing #StrawberryShortcake's International Party song for the rest of the day.
