i want to develop a soft sweet bread recipe with filling
#smth that's not too rich and still counts as toast technically#not like a babka or a sweet pretzel (kringel)#smth that i can add toppings to without it being too rich#maybe a custard filling? to a milk bread?#but i also want a recipe that uses ingredients i always have at home#milk isn't one if them dhoh#well oat milk usually is but a lot if ut goes to coffee#and I don't love it in baked goods i think real dairy is better#hm#i want it to be like an everyday bread for dessert#not too rich not too sweet#oh and if it would be perfect with fresh jam or berries!
