"Simply Good" is a nice American name for a traditional bakery at Karlin, Praha: right there you can delight yourself with the "Frgál": a sort of sweet bread that reminds some kind of cheesecake traditionally produced in Bohemia (known also under the name of Koláč or Pecák). Unlike cake frgál typically has a diameter of about 30 cm, it is made of dough and sprinkled sweet crumbs.
