2017 Treasures

Now, before the year ends, I would just like to express my gratitude for having met so many Tumblr friends this year. It was only until the latter half of the year when I started to become more active on Tumblr and honestly speaking, I felt more free here. Maybe because I am a bit anonymous, maybe because I can write about my fandoms without being constantly judged by my family and some other people. I really felt more relaxed when I go here, and I can find people who can share the same likes, fandoms and burdens (you know, cause we can’t escape the deep hell of our fandoms).

So, for all you lovely people who are reading this, thank you~! My 2017 would have not been complete without you~

As for the significant people who made a huge impact in my 2017, I’ll mention them under the cut so as to not take up much space on your dash.

@smolbeanprotection Lys, thank you for being the first person I’ve ever talk to on Tumblr. I’ve gained much more confidence since our meeting and it has helped me meet more people. We clicked on a lot of things and we even joke a lot. Friends you make at 4:28 in the morning, while reviewing like mad for an exam, really are for keeps. Thank you for letting me help out in the prompts. It was a very fun experience. Thank you for all the support you gave me until now. I don’t know how you’re doing now, but I hope you’re still good. I’ll always be here when you need help so don’t hesitate to send me a message even if we haven’t talked for a long time.

@iisabelline​ Ah yes, my first thirst buddy PH saniwa friend, Carmela. I felt much more relieved knowing that I can have a Toumyu buddy who I can reach. Thank you for inviting me to join you and Miu on skype where we can let loose and talk about our husbandos and all our fetishes (i’m not gonna mention any because I this isn’t the right place to do it tee hee). I’ve also never met someone who’s the same age as me but can think more maturely. I really admire your writing style, with the few lines you share with us on Skype, because I know it’s difficult for me now to improve mine. I’m simple a bit simple-minded with writing stories, you see, so I like how you would describe how a character is feeling and how deep their thoughts are. Thank you, too, for being patient with me in translating Japanese. I really appreciate it. I’m practicing a little bit this break so please be patient with me a little longer. Thank you also for giving me the mental support I needed to finish another gruelling semester. I was really glad we finally saw each other at UPTC, and I’m looking forward to more get togethers, finally with Miu. We’ve already been planning out itinerary so all we need to do now is to sched the meet-up. I can’t wait!

@serurianouji Heyaaa Miu~! To be honest, when Carmela were introducing you to me, I thought you’d be much purer than me. IT WAS THE EXACT OPPOSITE. But still, you’ve always supported me in my jokes and memes. Thank you for being one of my treasures too. As members of the Ropesin Foundation (omg asdfasdfasgd), we’ve supported each other from the harsh reality of work and school by sending each other memes, butai stuff, and thirst. That last part sounded a bit weird but it really helps me cope with college, since I am always pressured to perform better. Talking with you and Carmela, even if I have papers and exams to worry about, helps me calm down. I’ve mentioned this before but I’ve never been so excited to get home so I can talk to you guys again. You’re the best, guys! I love you, fam (cue saniwa hug)! I hope we can pull off that Kiyo-Yasu uchiban cosplay, though the costume itself is a problem on its own. I’m excited for that day when we three can finally meet and all the sin in the PH would condensed somewhere in Manila. If i were to describe that day in a kind of firework, it would be Goodbye Philippines (the names itself spells danger, lolol). Anywayyyy, thank you for also supporting me and I hope I am able to support you too!

Whew~ That went a bit too long. To all you awesome people who have been part of 2017 rollercoaster, THANK YOU SO MUCH~! I don’t know if I’ve thanked you enough, and I might’ve forgotten some other things to mention. Still, THANK YOU~~!!! I hope we can also take care of each other, not only this 2018, but the next years to come!
