Monday. Nowadays Jacq loves Mondays, because her inner nerd gets to learn new stuff through work every workday. Also her inner creative and organizer get to play every workday. And recently yoga got added to the mix. Guess what, my biggest fear going back to work didn't happen. #fibromyalgia is not being a bitch. I ám vigilantly keeping a strict balance between work, play and rest. I'm also successfully adjusting my diet. And somehow this works, and it makes me incredibly happy. Now to learn to trust this balance is here to stay. Bora couldn't care less. Obviously. She's not too keen on me being away for a few hours a week, but as long as I return quickly, and stay the generous treat dispenser I've always been, she's fine.
