ohhh man.
#just got friers turned off and its already past 5. might be late tonighttt depending on how fast thw oil cools.#its fine whatever. corporate walkthrough tmr possibly during my shift depending on what time they arrive so yay#-_- anyways uhm. coworker gavw out samples of the new fried chicken cause we changed the batter and#the ppl are very divided. i think the tenders are better but the fried chicken itself is worse. they make us double batter#the fried chicken now so its too thick 😭 and crumby.#smells sooo good though ily paprika#but yeah. insane that were changing jt#long ass day two hundred peice order that took forever to make. because it takes longer to double batter them#😭😭 whatever. this too shall pass
