You said you cared now you have to pay the price
This is the first and second chapter thing for a story I’m not finished writing yet called Slytherbug and Snugglepuff. It’s an all fluff story about a lesbian couple in Hogwarts. It’s not that good but here. Have at it.
In the Highlands of Scotland sits the finest school of witchcraft and wizardry, Hogwarts. And the school term has just recently started, the grounds look wonderful during autumn, the trees were covered with leaves of many different colors of red, gold, yellow, and dark green mixed in here and there. Charity, a brown haired girl with big brown eyes and a round face with a button nose stares out of a window watching the beautiful trees sway in the wind and the birds fly and sing merrily despite being in transfiguration. “Charity!” Snapped Professor McGonagall. “Are you paying attention?”
“Oh, uh no ma’am. Sorry professor.” Charity mumbled. Professor McGonagall looked out the window and saw the swaying trees of the Forbidden Forest and she understood.
“I know it is a beautiful day Charity but if you doze off again I will have to take some points from Hufflepuff.” Professor McGonagall said firmly but with understanding.
“Understood Professor” Charity replied.
---
After transfiguration had ended Charity ambled out of the classroom with her head full of fantasies of wandering the grounds and observe the wondrous wildlife that surrounds Hogwarts. That’s when Oliver, a boy of average height with long black hair that looks more like a nest made by a not so tidy creature, came running through the crowd to catch up to Charity. “Hey Charity! Wait!” Oliver shouted over the hustle and bustle of countless other Hogwarts students changing classes.
“Oliver? Oh there you are. Sorry, I have other things on my min-“
“Ahh!” A Slytherin girl who wasn’t paying attention ran right into Oliver and Charity sending parchment, books, and other things falling to the floor.
“Oh my god I’m so sorry, I wasn’t paying attention.” Charity chuckled while she helped the Slytherin girl pick up her things.
“Oh it’s fine, I wasn’t watching where I was going either.” She laughed, “now I know to look up every now and then.” Then she walked off looking rather embarrassed.
“Who was that?” Charity had asked Oliver.
“I’m not sure, I think I have Care Of Magical Creatures with her next class. I can ask if you want me to.” Oliver inquired as they walked down the large halls of Hogwarts, this time watching where they walked.
If you think it’s not trash I might post more of it.

This is the reason I haven’t posted anything for Slytherbug and Snugglepuff and also why I haven’t created content that much in the recent months. No one reblogs so i just assume people don’t really care and yeah I get that whole “make content for you” but I want to make things for other people to enjoy too and In fact I’m willing to make content specifically for other people but no one ever sees my posts so it’s kinda useless to post at all

Slytherbug and Snugglepuff Part 10
I’m so sorry for just ditching this for a while I really need to get my shit together and start writing more
A couple weeks had passed since the Hogsmeade trip and things seemed to be going great, Hogwarts had entered that time of year where everything is covered in a thick blanket of snow. The hallways were lit with even more fires than usual because this winter was much colder than it usually is. Violet was going down to the dungeons for Potions when she saw Oliver and Charity in the hall going to Defense Against the Dark Arts. It was strange to see them in the halls, it was the last minute of class change and only certain students with special passes to be late were usually walking around. She wanted to go ask what was wrong but she wanted to wait and see what happened. She couldn’t catch what they were saying but she could see Charity was hugging Oliver, and not just a normal hug, it was a long and warm hug. Violet felt a little less special, maybe there was nothing there. Violet trudged through potions, she didn’t think it was gonna be a good day. She really wanted to talk with Oliver about what happened in the hall, a small piece could not let go that maybe t wasn’t what she thought it was. When potions had ended Violet farted out of the room, frantically searching for Oliver when she saw Charity wave goodbye to Oliver. Violet shoved her way up to Oliver and asked if they could talk after Care For Magical Creatures. When that class had finally come to end, Violet could finally ask those questions she needed to ask.
“So how did you and Charity meet?” Violet asked, she decided to start simple.
“Well, she decided to help me out and it sorta took off from there.” Oliver replied.
“Are you and Charity close?”
“Yeah, we’ve been friends since about halfway through 1st year.”
“Oh, I see.” Violet continued. “You 2 must hangout alot.”
“Yeah, we hangout all the time, but we’re excited you and Celestia can hangout with us now.” Oliver exclaimed. By now they had reached the school but Violet didn’t feel like her usual self and just sat in a small hole in the wall next to a suit of armor. “Violet? Is everything ok?” Oliver asked very worried.
“No, Charity wants to go out with you and not me.” Violet said with tears going down her face.
“What?” He said confused.
“You and Charity! You 2 are perfect for each other. You’ve known each other for a couple years, you 2 get along perfectly, you’re a Gryffindor and she’s a Hufflepuff, that’s perfect.” She started to cry harder “and I’m just a ‘mean ole Slytherin’, me and Charity don’t have much in common, we’ve only known each other for like a month, and I’m a mess.”
“Violet. I don’t date. Me and Charity are only friends, she knows that I don’t date.” Oliver explained.
“Huh?”
“Violet, you are not a mess. I am. You are not a ‘mean ole Slytherin’ you’re a great person, I haven’t seen you do anything to make anyone think otherwise. And Violet, you and Charity make a beautiful couple. I’ve seen the way you 2 talk to each other, and walk with each other. I know she took you up to that hill she loves, I could see the grass on your backs. You 2 are perfect for each other.”
“Y-you really think so?” Violet asked, wiping tears off her face.
“I know so, don’t rush it though. Take your time, and most of all. Treat her right, she’s a one in a million.”
“Yeah, she is.” Violet was now staring through the open door and out into the forest. Fresh tear trails stained her face. “Thanks Oliver.”
“No problem Violet, anytime.”
Sorry it’s only one part I don’t want to leave you guys hanging for too long once I catch up to where I am currently.

Slytherbug and Snugglepuff chapters 6-10
Astronomy had finally ended, it never seemed to end. Which was weird because Violet usually enjoys Astronomy, her head was just so busy with other things. As Violet wandered to her next class her head swimming in thoughts she looked up and saw a very familiar Hufflepuff walking down the hall.
“Charity!” Violet shouted over the loud students making their way to classes.
“Violet!!” Charity shouted back even more enthusiastically. “Hey! How’s it going?”
“Good, everything is great. Charity I was wondering if you wanted to join me and Celestia on the Hogsmeade trip in 2 weeks, you could bring Oliver along too. It’ll be fun.”
“Yeah I’ll be happy to go. I’ll tell Oliver about it.”
“Awesome, see you around Charity.” Violet said as she waved goodbye.
“Byyyee.” Charity said, dragging it out a bit with a high pitched friendly voice. Violet could barely conceal her excitement, she was very happy to be making more friends. Celestia is an amazing and unique friend but having more than 1-2 other friends would be nice. Violet couldn’t wait to tell Celestia after her potions test, she just knows Celestia will need something to cheer her up after potions class. Snape can be really mean to Celestia some times and Violet really doesn’t like it.
---
2 weeks later, the weekend of the first Hogsmeade weekend had arrived. Oliver was possibly the most excited about this trip, Hogsmeade was never really fun for him. It was entertaining sometimes but it was usually boring. Oliver has some bad memories of Hogsmeade, Oliver had a bad experience with dating and it ended pretty badly in the Three Broomsticks. However Oliver was excited to hang out with his new friends in the village, he wanted to buy everyone some candy at Honeydukes. It took the better part of a week for Oliver to get enough money but he was happy to get his friends something. As Oliver stepped out of the portrait hole Charity was there waiting, talking with Violet. Violet and Charity have gotten really close over the past 2 weeks and Oliver was really happy to see them getting along well.
“Hey Charity, Hey Violet.” Oliver said with a smile.
“Hey Oliver!” Charity always greeted Oliver with alot of cheer.
“Oliver! What’s up dude?” Violet exclaimed.
“Not much, I cant wait to get to Hogsmeade!” Oliver said. “Wait. Where’s Celestia?”
“We’re gonna go get her now. Follow me.” Violet said calmly. They set out for Ravenclaw Tower all dressed in their light jackets and scarves. It was a very chilly and windy autumn day at Hogwarts. Oliver and Charity had never been to the Ravenclaw Common room, they never even noticed the knocker that gives out riddles to Ravenclaws wishing to enter. As the the three of them waited for Celestia they talked about what they should do in Hogsmeade when Celestia stepped out carrying a big box in her left hand and a bag across her shoulder. Celestia was dressed very casually and looked “absolutely amazing” as Charity and Violet put it.
“Cel, what is all that?” Oliver asked curiously.
“I thought you’d never ask! This is all my art supplies. I’m gonna paint some of Hogsmeade, and maybe some students if they pay me.” Celestia responded with delight.
“Well lets get going. We don’t want to be late.” Violet suggested.
“You need help with that Celestia?” Charity asked.
“I got it, thank you though.”
Charity went to catch up with Violet, those 2 seem really close. Oliver hung back with Celestia to keep her company.
“She means well, I think she’s just happy to have another girl to talk to.” Oliver explained to Celestia.
“Yeah, I was really worried Violet would never find any other friends. She’s amazing, Charity just makes her so happy.”
“I feel like these are gonna be a great 2 years.” Oliver couldn’t believe he was saying this, he’s never usually this positive. He liked the change.
---
Hogsmeade is the village just outside of the Hogwarts grounds and it’s the only wizard only village in all of England. Hogsmeade looks stunning during all seasons of the year, in the spring and summer the village is lively and green, while in autumn the village is chilly and orange, and in winter the village looks like a winter wonderland, the houses and shops all have a thick blanket of snow over the roads and roofs. It was mid November now so leaves were being blown across the cobblestone road, the leaves on the trees were starting to look thin. Winter was just around the corner and soon Hogsmeade and Hogwarts would be taken over by hail, sleet, and snow. For now though, the village had a peaceful and cheery vibe to it due to all the people wandering around enjoying themselves. Violet suggested a visit to The Three Broomsticks for a butterbeer and to figure out some plans for the day. Violet suggested they go to Honeydukes. Charity suggested Zonkos and Celestia agreed, but Celestia did say she needs to go to Dervish and Banges to get some paints and get an instrument fixed. Oliver said he wanted to take a look in Dogweed and Deathcap and Tomes and Scrolls for some new reading material. After much discussion they agreed to do all of their shopping during lunch time, then all the other students will be eating while they shop. So until lunch came around they wandered the village when Celestia head off for a nearby hill and Oliver set after her.
“Oh, I didn’t know you wanted to watch me paint.” Celestia said a little flattered, she’s rarely had an audience before.
“I figured I would give those 2 some time to walk around together.” Oliver explained. “And I’m sure this is entertaining.”
“You really want them to be really good friends huh?”
“Well yeah, look at how happy them make each other. Of course I want them together.”
“Together? You mean like-“
“Yeah, exactly like that.” Oliver cut in, he knew what she was asking.
“I don’t think Violet… y’know… swings that way.” Celestia has now turned around to see Oliver was looking out over the village.
“We’ll see I guess.” Oliver said confidently “but if they don’t tell us at first, don’t push them to, they’ll tell up when they’re ready.”
“Y-yeah of course.”
---
“Follow me Violet, you’ll love this.” Charity exclaimed with immeasurable excitement. “Come come.”
“I’m coming.” Violet laughed. “Where are you taking me?”
“Just look.” Charity said wide eyed.
“Hold on I’m almo-“ Violet’s jaw dropped. Charity had taken her to a hill where Hogwarts and Hogsmeade was visible. The sun was about mid way up the sky, just behind one of the towers of Hogwarts. It was gorgeous, Violet was speechless. “H-how did you find this? How many t-times do you come up here?”
“I was exploring with Oliver when we found this, it’s my favorite spot on the grounds. As for how many times I come up here. The answer is not enough.” Charity explained.
“This… this is beautiful. I’m just awestruck.”
Violet and Charity spent hours just staring into the wilderness sharing the time they had. Charity strongly believes that giving someone your time is the best gift in the world, and she was gonna make sure to spend time with Violet whenever she could.
Lunch time was drawing near and they were already on their way down. They didn’t want to be gone too long or Oliver might think something had happened.

“I’m not sure, I think I have Care Of Magical Creatures with her next class. I can ask if you want me to.” Oliver inquired as they walked down the large halls of Hogwarts, this time watching where they walked
---
A crisp autumn breeze swept the Hogwarts grounds as a group of students walked down towards the Forbidden Forest. Today’s lesson was about Bowtruckles, small twig looking creatures that grew to about 8 inches.
“Bowtruckles are tree guardians primary found in the west of England, Southern Germany, as well in Scandinavia if you look in the right place.” Professor Kettleburn exclaimed to the students with 2 Bowtruckles climbing on shoulders. Oliver wasn’t paying much attention to Professor Kettleburn because he was too busy looking through all the Gryffindors and Slytherins to try and see if the girl was in his class. Then he caught a glimpse of some very familiar pale green hair, he squished and scrammed through the group of Slytherins.
“Psst uh excuse me, miss.” Oliver whispered to the girl quietly, trying to avoid Professor Kettleburn hearing him.
“Huh? Oh hey, it’s you. What do you need?” She inquired, interested as to why Oliver had approached her.
“Well, my friend who was walking with me was curious about your name. So… uh… I came to ask for her. If you don’t mind, of course.”
“Oh, I’m Violet.” She replied. “What’s your name?”
“Oh, uh… I’m Oliver and my friend’s name is Charity.”
“Break is after this class, how about you take me to go meet Charity and I can introduce you to my friend?”
“Yeah, that sounds like a great idea.” Oliver responded.
After Care of Magical Creatures had ended Violet ran over to Oliver who was waiting to side of the path looking the wrong way. Oliver was worried she had forgotten about him or was only pulling his leg when someone had given him a lift punch on the arm. “C’mon Oliver Twist, let’s go.” Violet laughed.
“Who- who is Oliver Twist?”
“It’s from a muggle book, don’t worry about it.”
“Are you a pure blood?” Oliver asked. Blood status doesn’t matter to Oliver but he is naturally curious when it comes to new friends.
“Half blood, but my dad left my mum when I was like 2.” Violet admitted. “He didn’t much like that she was a witch, kinda scared him.”
“Oh, I’m sorry about that.”
“Don’t be, from what I heard he was kind of a jerk.”
“I see. Well let’s go meet Charity, unless you wanna get your friend first.”
“I’m sure we’ll find Celestia in the Great Hall. If not then we can go find her.”
---
After Care Of Magical Creatures Oliver and Violet walked into The Great Hall, both of them looking for their friend.
“There she is!” Violet exclaimed. “Follow me!”
Violet had taken off and Oliver almost lost her in the crowd of students. Violet had snaked her way over to the Ravenclaw table. Then a girl with pale blue and grey hair stood up and walked over to us.
“Violet!” She shouted
“Hey Celestia!” Violet shouted back. Celestia’s hair was now a bright orange and yellow, Oliver watched Celestia with confusion.
“Was you hair always yellow?” Oliver asked.
“Who are you?” Celestia asked.
“Oh this is Oliver, he’s from Care Of Magical Creatures.” Violet explained.
“I see. Nice to meet you Oliver, I’m Celestia.”
“Nice to me you too. So about the hair?”
“Oh that, I thought it would be cool to have my hair change with the weather. So I enchanted my hair to do just that, and has a side effect when an emotion gets strong my hair sometimes change based on that.” Oliver could easily see that Celestia loved her hair because she played with it and stared at it while she explained this.
“Wow, that’s really cool. How long did that take?”
“About 4 months.”
“It was a very interesting 4 months.” Violet said. “Oh Oliver where’s Charity?”
“Yes! Follow me. Celestia come as well.” Oliver lead the way over to the Hufflepuff table and Charity looked a little mad when she saw Oliver (“where have you been?”) then she realized what happened when she saw Violet and Celestia.
“Hey Oliver.” Charity said. “Who are these 2?”
“I’m Violet. We had a collision earlier.”
“And I’m Celestia!”
“Nice to meet you 2. Will you be joining us for lunch?” Charity asked. She had a couple extra seats and was happy to share them.
“Yeah, why not?” Violet said sitting next to Charity. Oliver and Celestia say across from Violet and Charity. They spent all of lunch talking about things that have happened in the past. Like how Celestia has 2 different colored eyes, one a deep blue and the other a bright purple, as a result of a potion exploding in her face. Charity told the story of how she and Oliver once snuck into the Forbidden Forest to get sketches of creatures and how they stole some map that showed Hogwarts a year or 2 back and gave it to some mischievous looking first years. Violet jumped in and told the story of how her a Celestia placed a sock disappearing charm on over of half the school in their 4th year. (“You were the ones who did that?”). They could all tell this was the start of a new friendship and they were excited to see what they could do with their last 2 years.
---
After lunch Celestia and Violet made their way off to Astronomy, one of Celestia’s favorite classes, conversing about their new friends. They wanted to make sure these next 2 years would the best years any Hogwarts students could have.
“So… what are your thoughts on those 2?” Celestia asked.
“What? I-I didn’t catch that.” Violet replied.
“Oliver and Charity, how do you feel about them?” Celestia insisted
“Oh, they’re great. Charity seems like a wonderful and fun friend and Oliver seems sweet, I bet he’s a cool guy.”
“Ooooooh does Violet have a crush?”
“You can’t say I have a crush every time I say something not mean about a boy.” Violet joked
“I know. I just like messing with you.” Celestia laughed along.
Up in one of the tallest towers that was raised high above the castle stood the Astronomy tower and Astronomy went exactly how it usually does, most of the Ravenclaws started getting into many different theories, conspiracies and philosophical junk while the Slytherins sort of just sat back and took notes, nodding their heads. Except for Celestia and Violet who spent the whole class talking about potions because Celestia had a test next block and Celestia and Snape weren’t exactly on good terms. Then again no one usually was. Violet, being in Slytherin, was on pretty neutral ground with Snape which is better than one might think. So she decided to help her friend out so she didn’t have to serve detention or anything.
“Celestia! Violet!” Ms. Sinistra said loudly and firmly.
“Yes ma’am?” They said together.
“You might find Potions more interesting that Astronomy and there is nothing wrong with that but please don’t practice in here, ok?” She said with a tone of slight disapproval.
“Sorry Ms. Sinistra, it won’t happen again.” Violet said in return.
“I hope so, next we’ll be talking about the constellations in the sky around this time of year and I know you all will just love them.”
Violet and Celestia decided to actually pay attention this time. Celestia noticed that Violet seemed preoccupied and wasn’t paying as much attention as she usually does.
“Psst, Violet. You ok?” Celestia whispered.
“Huh? Uh yeah. Just… thinking.” Violet responded

Part 8 and 9
Sorry I forgot to post this when I said I would, I forgot. Sorry I keep posting these so far apart I haven’t made alot of progress recently and i don’t want to leave you guys without parts for a couple months so I’m trying not to post them all too close to one another.
Thank you so much for reading this. I would love to answer any questions about anything.

Part 5 of Slytherbug and Snugglepuff
I’M for the wait between parts, if you notice any spelling errors or grammar mistakes please point them out all of my writing was done around 10 PM - 4 AM.
“Huh? Uh yeah. Just… thinking.” Violet responded.
If you want these parts more often or longer per post let me know. Thank you for reading. I hope you enjoyed it.

I just realized I never told you guys the name of this story. It’s called Slytherbug and Snugglepuff. Part 4
Just a heads up any and all criticisms, comments, and/or questions will gladly be accepted. Thank you for caring about my crap story, and thank you for reading ^~^. If you would like longer parts let me know :)

Part 3 (part 1 and 2 where in my last post)
So apparently you people like my writing (I don’t know why) so here’s the next bit. Enjoy!
The parts are about this long from here on that’s why I only posted 1 but if you want 2 at a time I can do that! Thanks for reading ^~^

Yeah you’ve missed quite a few. If you check the Slytherbug and Snugglepuff Tag you can find them all
Slytherbug and Snugglepuff Part 10
