Okie dokie so Wally saved like three people, he is main and head mechanic and he saved three people who almost were just considered dead.

His hubby Dickie, he had like his head, spine, and heart and brain still salvageable so he put them in an android body to keep them going having the heart beating by him putting his electricity in it, and boom he has his hubby back.

The virus messes with people differently and for Steph her body and bones rotted off and were too brittle but her organs were good so he harvested her organs and Into another android body for her to operate.

And for Kyle, him and Connor were Wallys bodyguards to get samples, more scraps, and so one, a monster ripped Kyle apart Connor was trying to get Wally back being their only mechanic on hand that can keep them alive but he wasn't having it so he rushed in to only have a half dead brain of Kyle and to fix that he replaced a few part of his mind with parts and added a few that needs a little bit of electric to help fire them neurons so Kyle awoke alive with a new body and a tired Wally sleeping uncomfortable beside him, and Wally never talked about it but Connor being there every time being extra hands tell the others because Wally traumatized to lose any more love ones and friends
