Meet the Ghoulids!

Wraiths

Fenn (Mudwraith), she/it

Curious but shy and completely harmless. Loves collecting glow pellets and stashes them in the mud pools she retreats to, but often forgets where they are and leaves them buried. Fascinated by Starfolk but too anxious to approach... For now.

Waxwraith, it/he

Very silly- playful, funny, and a bit of a jokester. Unfortunately, it's very hot and always melting, so it gets molten wax everywhere. Doesn't need to eat anything except for wax but always craves cheese. Looks almost like a tie-dye t-shirt that's the length of the S.S. Shepherd with a flame for a head.

Thermo Wraith, it/they

One of few artificial wraiths, it typically resides in the tunnels within a castlelike glacier. Recently, however, something caught this incredibly dangerous wraith's attention; now, it has emerged...

Phantoms

Jax (Infernal Mawphantom), any pronouns (prefers it/its)

An unusual Mawphantom who doesn't seem to know how to act like its species. Surprisingly friendly but often unpredictable.

Eld (Infernal Mawphantom), it/its

Your typical Infernal Mawphantom. Aggressive, hungry, dangerous, you know the drill. Somehow survived numerous clashes with wraiths. Only trait that stands out: it doesn't speak.

Distel (Slinking Mawphantom), it/its

Lives in a cave all alone, waiting for prey to enter so it can eat. A bit snobby and egotistical. Very trigger-happy.

Maelstrom (Shrouded Mawphantom), it/they

Fiercely protects a treasure (a stick-on gift bow, which it wears). Lighthearted and approachable as long as its treasure is safe.

Note: currently, out of the phantoms only Maelstrom is referred to by its name. Check a post's tags if you're confused!

NPCs

Unnamed (or one-off) ghoulids not listed above will also show up on this blog. The most common are the Mudwraiths and Slobbering Mawphantoms. Others may appear too.
