first were gonna do the 2 piece-- now heres the thing right.... it removes all thickness but it either barely or doesnt clip at all

overall? im not mad at all so imma just texture this bad boy and then start on the shoes and jewelry

I've already asked a couple of peeps this, but I was curious about your take on this. How would tale Papyrus (or the Papyruses) handle being challenged by a human adult to fight? Their bros aren't around and they have to handle the situation on their own.

I’m going to assume this is specifically a confrontation by an adult human determined to do harm to him or his friends on the surface, as opposed to an adult human falling Underground.

Papyrus

I think Papyrus is so tolerant of Frisk’s behavior in the genocide run simply because Frisk/Chara is a child; they don’t fully understand the repercussions of their actions. (I really need to do an introspective on Papyrus’ thoughts during the genocide run. His decision to not fight, when he is clearly willing and able to do so in the pacifist run, is fascinating to me) I really don’t think Papyrus is a pacifist. if he deems it necessary, he would do the same as he does in the pacifist route: neutralize the threat, non-fatally if possible, and then try to understand why the human wants to hurt him.

And woe betide the human that proves themselves unrepentant. Papyrus is the kind of guy that will testify in court that YES, THAT IS THE MAN THAT TRIED TO KILL ME AND MY FRIENDS but will also visit his assailant in jail in the hopes of convincing them that they REALLY NEED TO RENOUNCE THEIR LIFE OF CRIME AND DO SOMETHING MORE PRODUCTIVE WITH THEIR LIFE! 

Edge

Edge would probably only be held back from actually killing an adult human that was threatening him because of the laws on the surface. He’ll stick primarily to self-defense and stop as soon as he’s confident the human can no longer threaten him or his friends. The main difference between Edge and Papyrus is that he wouldn’t visit his assailant in jail unless he had some ulterior motive for doing so. He really doesn’t care about them or their motivations. Let the human authorities deal with human criminals. He’s got enough on his hands, trying to help the other Fell monsters adjust to the surface. He really does not need this bullshit.

Stretch

Stretch would pretty much teleport away as soon as possible, taking any other endangered parties with him. Screw fighting. That’s a bit too much action for him. He’ll report it to the police from a safe distance, ID the guy if he can, and act as a witness, but he mostly wants to get out of that situation as fast as possible.

Slim

Slim is more comfortable with violence than Stretch. Even though he can teleport, he’ll mostly use that ability to dodge. He’s also not as compassionate as Papyrus or as bound by law as Edge. He’d likely break every bone in his attacker’s body and then leave them to fend for themselves. It would not occur to him to call the police. Or an ambulance.

Twist

Twist is very comfortable with violence and, furthermore, he’s actually very distrustful of authority figures, so he’s hardly going to inform the police. A good fist-fight is his idea of a fun Friday night, so he’d probably enjoy roughing up his attacker. Then he’ll take them back to the house, since he knows Blackberry likely has something in the oven or at least has some decent leftovers in the fridge, and he’ll make sure the human gets a good helping of monster food to raise their HP. He’ll poke and prod and pry, all while playing friendly, until he’s satisfied he’s got a good handle on their motives. Then he’ll decide whether or not they deserve to live. Blackberry might be able to convince him to just call the police, but that’s debatable, honestly. 

Cash

Cash is a bit like Twist; he’s very comfortable with violence and even enjoys the chance to exercise his magic a bit. He won’t allow the human to lay a hand on him, though. Like Slim, he’ll make liberal use of his teleportation abilities and rely primarily on his magic to deliver a good beatdown. Unlike Twist, though, he’s not especially interested in motivation or whether or not his opponent actually deserves to die. He’ll flip a coin. Heads, he let’s them live. Tails, they die. 

He’ll also loot the body. I mean, they certainly have no use for whatever they’ve got in their pockets.
