I love these. This is the slime content I like. I avoided it for a long time as a young teen because it was accompanied with the bright loud crazy editing of kids channels.

I like these relaxed ones. I like looking at the pretty textures.

There's lots of funny little slime shops that make really cool things. They're too expensive, and they would last like 2 months at most.

But I do like looking at them.

Digital Collage Master @Slimesunday x Different Puzzles to Launch High End “Floravision” Puzzle on Black Friday

Viral visual artist Slimesunday (@slimesunday) is globally revered for his stark, surreal, and often unsettling digital photograph collages, which unabashedly confront polarizing topics like censorship, consumerism, and sexuality. His latest project literally breaks these ideas down in the form of a high-end puzzle: a collaboration between Slimesunday and Different Puzzles that features one of the artist’s most popular pieces “Floravision” for consumers to bring to life with their own two hands. Outside of his highly-coveted prints, “Floravision” is the first physical object that Slimesunday has ever created, the “Floravision” puzzle will be available for purchase with prices at $36 per puzzle on Black Friday, November 25th.

“For years I’ve been trying to come up with a way to create a puzzle, but I never had the right opportunity. Working with Different Puzzles was the perfect opportunity for me to produce something high end and reimagine an artwork created a few years ago,” Slimesunday said.

Slimesunday picked the perfect puzzle company to marry his idea to: just as the artist’s designs are meant to confuse, disrupt, and agitate, Different Puzzles’ creations come with a twist where the image depicted on the front cover doesn’t quite match the pieces within the box. This forces users to think deeper about what they’re putting together and how each piece fits, which only adds to the reflective and introspective mood Slimesunday’s creations tend to inspire. 

With “Floravision,” Slimesunday continues his mission of making the viewing and collection of art a more active experience. With his most recent drop, SLIMESHOP, Slimesunday aimed to turn collectors into artists, equipping them with a set of tools to create their own digital collages. The artist’s “F**K UP THIS” series adopted a similar DIY approach. “F**K UP THIS WALL” (Los Angeles) and “F**K UP THIS FLOOR” (New York) were  large scale interactive installations where viewers were invited to customize the works using spray paint, stickers, and other supplies. “Floravision” challenges the mainstream ways of traditional fine art in like fashion – owners will have to work for it with this tricky and humorous puzzle, but once completed, will be able to marvel at a beautiful Slimesunday piece.

“We’ve been huge fans of Slimesunday’s work for a long time now and we are beyond excited to collaborate on Floravision,” said Olivia Seely, co-founder of Different Puzzles. “Because Different Puzzles contain hidden surprises as you piece them together, Floravision is technically two different pieces of art — the image you see on the box, and the image that’s revealed once the puzzle is complete. Slimesunday is an incredibly talented artist and we promise you the final result will be, well, different.”
