I'm really happy that Vivian is explicitly trans in the remake. And even more-so that a mega franchise like Mario has an explicitly trans character now (Birdo notwithstanding).

And obviously the type of degens you would expect to get mad got mad. And you can tell these "people" are very dedicated to the hating trans people bit because for the first time in the 20 years that this very well known ttyd topic has been going on, i have actually seen people unironically call Vivian a 'he' or a 'femboy'.

I know this is kind of a nothing observation but, I think it's interesting that despite the fact that both Jr and nabbit have the same bandana, Jr's seems scribbled on while nabbit's is a lot cleaner yet still clearly drawn on.

I always thought that nabbit stole at some point Jr's bandana but now I think he actually just drew it himself for some reason.

The new M&L has opened my eyes to the idea that if we ever get a legitimate mario x sonic crossover game it should be in the M&L style. With Mario, Luigi, Sonic and Tails.

Billy bat to this day is the most insane manga I've ever read and I want to pick apart naoki urasawa's mind to see what exactly he was thinking when he made it.

Nick & lever is probably my favorite gag manga rn. Just two wholesome idiots doing random stuff. It's quite literally "dudes rock" the manga.

The fact that the entire premise of "two hyper detailed american foreigners who work off cartoon logic living in Japan" has been able carry this manga for 90+ chapters is amazing.

But Goddamn was it done perfectly.

I'm not a big fan of the link x sidon ship purely because it incredibly weird considering link knew him since he was a toddler, and also that by the time of botw takes place sidon was a full grown man and link was still 17.

Like you are telling me there's an obscure indie rpg that is disgustingly punishing and has actual consequences for the choices you make, that also has an incredibly dark tone with a really interesting story along with it that just sorta existed in a vacuum, and that now there's suddenly like 20 recently released indepth reviews by random small channels? While ALSO having a sequel that's heavily inspired by Majora's mask??

Really sad that PPPPPP got axed as it was one of the most unique wsj series. However with the "ending" being isolated to this one chapter it gives me hope that it switches to another magazine and just cuts this chapter out or retcons it.

currently reading trough a manga called "nicola traveling across the demon's world" and it has to be the most charming fantasy manga I've read since soara.

I think my only big negative with pikmin 4 currently after 100% it is that it feels like a step backwards from the perfected way that pikmin 3 handled multiple captains.
