I need to figure out how to commit to a 9pm bedtime because I feel so much less exhausted and discombobulated today than sleeping the same amount of time but waking up at noon or 2pm
#slept a really solid 9 hours on Friday night but woke up at 2pm on Saturday and felt really angry and tired and disoriented all afternoon#felt SO exhausted I went to bed at 8pm and fell asleep around 9pm#slept fitfully but woke up at 5 and I feel good. Clear head and calm#Usually I can do a 9:30pm-5am and feel fantastic#but no matter how much I sleep I tend to feel like shit waking up after 10am#but people associate that sleep schedule with luxury and not with anxiety-induced inability to go to sleep before 2am#so I'm like “I slept 10 hours and woke up and noon and feel like someone kicked me in the head 😭😩” and they're like “augh jealous!”#girl! no! i feel like shit and my mental health is in a spiral! its like how sleeping all day when you have the flu isnt good!#roz says a thing
