A: Of course. Sleep8 may be applied to sterilize any PAP's (Positive Airway Pressure) mask, and also it's heated or non-heated tubing.

Q: Can an HSA or FSA account be used? A: Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA account. We are payable under 9274.
Q: Is Sleep8 covered by insurance? A: At this time, Sleep8 CPAP sanitizer  is not covered by insurance. You can use your HSA/FSA accounts under code 9274 for payment.
Q: Can Sleep8 be used to disinfect the water chamber? A: Without a doubt. If the water chamber is removable and dried, it can be added to the filtered bag for sanitizing.
Q: Is ozone safe? A: Yes. When ozone, or "activated oxygen" comes in contact with the air it immediately dissipates. When it is concentrated and securely contained inside the Sleep8 bag, it works as a sterilizing agent to kill live germs and any living particles things. For your protection, the Sleep8 device will only work when the Sleep8 filtered bag is correctly attached, and the filtered bag must be changed every 90 days.
Q: Why is there a "clean" scent on my mask after sterilizing? A: The "clean" odor that is sometimes described as very similar to the scent air after a heavy rain or thunderstorm. In-fact the odor in both cases is triggered by ozone. Ozone takes place naturally after lightning storms, and is also the sterilizing agent we use. If you do not like the odor, simply let television sit outside the bag for a while. Even more, you can run your CPAP for a few minutes prior to you put it on to more lower the scent.
