Hi I would like to ask 3 questions (because I was re-reading the au and they poped up)

1. We saw how Draxum acted in public with kid One in that one episode when the karate exam was (can't describe it better sorry)

Did any of the parents thought it was bad parenting and tried to take One away like reporting it to the gowerment or something?

2. What does Huseo think of One? Will they bound with each other. Does Huseo seriously not like One or making the wall not let him in was just a joke?

3. This is a little bit personal so you don't have to answer (not like you HAVE to answer the last two but you know what I mean)

Do you have any friend who like rottmnt? And do you show them the au

(I only ask because currenty none of my friends saw the series and I don't have anyone to show this au)

This is kinda long sorry, also love the au dying for it (in a positive way), everyone please stay healthy and sending hugs to everyone who wants it

1)I forgot I haven't mentioned much about Draxum like... dayjob, but he works for the goberment, what exactly does he do? I have no idea, lmao, but he's an important public figure with a lot of contacts and a lot of power, so there's not exactly much they can do 🤷‍♀️

I don't know if any of them would had tried to do something about it but anything would had just got sweep under the rug

2)Hueso has known One since he was a little kid, how close they are is a bit hard to say, I have scenes planned where it looks like Hueso just tolerates One and sees him as a costumer, and some where their relationship is more friendly and familiar. How their relationship plays out I'm just gonna let the story speak for itself.

Not letting One in was on purpose, the real reason is still up to debate, I didnt think much of it, but One probably got into a brawl or something inside the restaurant and Hueso banned him temporarly

3)I do have a irl friend who likes rise! she's actually the one who convinced me to watch the show and the movie! funny enough I ended up more obssessed with it than her, and are more in the fandom.

She knows I have an au but doesn't follow much aus, I've talked about mine a bit with her but not much

My best friend, on the other hand, hasn't seen anything tmnt and I have talked at lenght about my au and my friends aus, she loves my little gremlin boy, she loves the design and the journey he's gonna go through (she knows a lot of the plot points of the au) and I think is so funny how she knows me so well that from the things I've told her she is able to piece the things together and figured out some of the things im gonna do

You might’ve already been asked but what type of clothes does one like to relax in ? As well as what he likes to do for fun or to relax as well. I tried to find it in your blog but I couldn’t see it 🥲

I do have a few designs that I posted some time ago, but he doesn't really have those clothes anymore since, y'know... his house blew up

I made this for fun more than anything, but most of them are more what Draxum got for him than things he chose himself, still, it is what he's used to wearing and what he kinda likes to use

for post-redemption stuff, after he moved in with the Hamatos, he just took whatever was available for him and was never picky or demanding on anything, mostly he ends up just wearing lose t-shirts and tank tops with shorts or sweatpants, honeslty anything sporty he's good with

Mikey and the others start custom making some shirts for him with funny things on them (I have a collection lmao) because they know One will not care and still use them

as for things he likes to do for fun uhhh... he's definition of "fun" mostly consists on: crossing the maze of death, practicing new knfe tricks, doing parkour (running from the police), and petty thief <3

the more "normal" things is that he sometimes plays basketball on his own or does skateboard, very weirdly but sometimes he likes to practice "human" magic, specially slight of hand stuff <- all of these are kept from Draxum since he doesn't aprove

Did One have any designs before the current one?

yes and not really?

yes because there's a short time when his design was simpler but I was still experimenting with what I wanted so it never made it out of a few sketches before I came up with the current design

this is what the other design looked like tho, is just the same but no spikes, no hood and no gold

Where is he hood attached to?

The hood is basically something like this

made of a thick and kinda rigid cloth to keep it on shape, just extend the shoulder parts with your imagination and don't have it look around the armpit.

It also gets a bit tucked under the shell a little bit, like this

is not clipped to anything so what keeps it in place is either the scarf or the rest of his uniform

not really, he's been banned from the kitchen multiple times since he was a kid

If Draxum gives him very specific and detailed instrucctions, he can help around or cook very basic stuff, but mostly if you don't want the kitchen on fire his dutty is washing dishes

Is Uno's tail hidden?

yep!

His whole uniform is supposed to fully cover him to protect his identity, hidding his tail is part of it!

If he were to wear his more normal clothes, they would be adapted to fit the tail trought

Did One ever say... dad to Draxum?

Nope! He's been calling him Boss from the moment he started to talk

This is actually something he picked up from the goyles! They call Draxum "boss" pretty much all the time so One started mimicking that since he started to talk

In One's mind, the goyles are pretty much his co-workers

they played a big part raising One, almost as much as Draxum, specially when he was really small and Draxum was too bussy supervising the reconstruccion of their home

But as time passed and One grew, the role of babysitter have fallen more and more, tho there are still times they are constantly checking up on what is One up to ro report back to Draxum

I don't have any specific scenarios for One getting sick as a kid, but I imagine he has gotten sick a few times. Taking care of him would be a mix of Draxum and the goyles' duty, Draxum would always call a healer is necesary too.

Draxum might seem too harsh a lot, but he had always look out for One, after all that's his experiment! Draxum needs him to be on peak health so he can perform his duties and compleate his purpose!

There's quite a few things One likes to do! He likes to play basketball and to skateboard, but he has to do those behind Draxum's back and doesn't do them often

Few things Draxum is aware of is him practicing parkour, but that helps him on missions so is ok. He also enjoys to throw knives a lot and has been perfecting his technique for years, and making up tricks to entratain himself

He's interested in the Nexus in a way, there's no yes or no answer, honestly. He doesn't like Big Mama or her "wasting" warriors on Nexus fights but a lot of that is just him parroting what Draxum has said, he enjoys watching fights but Nexus fights are kind of forbidden to him. but he likes watching old recordings of Lou Jitsu!

I do have kind of have a design for Usagi but I'm constantly chaning how I want him to look on my mind and havent drawn it out in a long time, I think a wip of it was one of the first posts I did on patreon? but thats an old design and, like I said, I keep changing it. I dont think I'm gonna finish his design until I have to draw him for the comic, and thats not gonna be any time soon

Who is your favorite/the easiest turtle to draw?

It used to be Donnie, and I still love him and is so fun to draw him, but I've drawn One so much that drawing Leo is just way more natural and quick to draw by now, he's also incredibly fun to pose and play around with his "little shit up to no good" expressions

(future One is also very fun and entertaining to draw, I love him so much)

Has One ever been intimated by any one other than Draxum? Like Replica or Oneion?

I'm putting these two together cause LMAO NO One does not get intimidated easly, actually, I wouldn't say he's intimidated by Draxum either 🤔

He respects Draxum, he knows he's better than him and would win a fight in a heartbeat, but he does not get intimidated or afraid of him, he's afraid of failing and what would happen if he does, sure. but on a daily basis he's not walking eggshells around Draxum, he will sass and joke around him, ofc he knows when Draxum is on a bad mood and he will hold back his tongue sometimes

One's not afraid of Draxum hurting him either, their one on one (jaja get it) training sessions do get pretty intense, but One knows Draxum would never cause irreparable damage to him, why would he? One is being trained for war, if he gets severely hurt, he wouldn't be able to fight anymore, what would the point be?

Draxum pushes One to his limit on their training sessions but he wouldn't push him past that, and One is very much aware of this

One is also not intimidated by any of the future Leos, not even his future self, if anything, after the fight he respects them (honestly more Replica than his own future self lmao), but that's not gonna make him hold back his tongue

also if there's someone he ends up lowkey afraid of is Sprout for... reasons

Oneion still has his brothers tho!

the apocalypse events we see on the movie don't happen on this au until he's somewhere on his early-mid 40's, right now he's on his mid 30s, he still has some good years with all his brothers!

And if we go with that idea of him traveling to current sep au, he's even younger than that! probably even pre arm lost I don't think I've made up my mind about that yet

After the initial confrontation, One and Oneion would honestly just try and ignore each other, their sole existance annoys the shit out of each other for different reasons, but their whole cricustance forces them to be around each other more ofthen than not

And yes! Mikey would be thrilled, specially after this "future One" that just showed up says he goes by "Leo" now and he would love to spend time with his (now little) brothers! those are still his family!

is close to the movie version of Leo but with One flavor sprinkled in (gold and sharp stuff)

I have a reference sheet on the making but that has been on the making since january :v
