The Logo Image was AI generated I liked how it made it resemble the crystal lake sign from Friday the 13th, however my films do not use AI or even CGI, they are made with practical effects and in the style of the 70s - 80s classics.

FRIDAY THE 13TH: JASON'S BLOOD

(THE DEFINITIVE CUT)

The latest Slashville productions film project is a complete re-edit of a fan film we made back in 2007; Friday the 13th Jason's Blood. This was quite successful at the time in terms of views.

Shot in 4:3 with a Sony Hi 8 tape based camera (pre HD) over winter 2006 to spring 2007, this fan film was originally uploaded onto youtube in low quality because youtube heavily compressed videos in the pre-google ownership days.

I thought it was worth not only re-uploading this fan film in better quality, but also changing what didn't work and even encorporating new shots such as the one above.

Here is an example of the quality difference, on the right is the old upload quality, the left is an example of what will be on the new definitive cut:
