I had to get outside today and do a shakeout after yesterday’s Sky Peaks 50K in Flagstaff. I was going to run the Greenbelt but the mountain was calling to me and what a great climb this was! I’m feeling yesterday but it didn’t interfere with the PMA. The afternoons are now Heaven and exactly why I live in Scottsdale!
