The small group had found a place to rest for the night since they had learned that it wasn’t safe when the dark sky loomed above them. That was when the monsters decided to wander the streets which were the same ones that wandered the streets that Noctis once called home. The streets of Insomnia were not safe while it was unknown when they would have the chance to return if they could return at all. He doubted that it would be anytime soon. 

Ignis had already focused on making them a decent meal for the night knowing that everyone would be hungry after a long day of traveling. He was the one who tended to cook for them, he was the reason why Noctis had plenty of food when he was a student. He was his advisor after all. 

Noctis found himself a place to sit while waiting for the meal that Ignis was focused on making for the small group. It was a relaxing place here despite it being in the middle of nowhere and a bit small, but he did not mind. The trip allowed him to visit with the people and see more of the outside world. 

Yuffi decided to sit next to him while the chatter of his friends filled the air. There was always plenty for them to talk about. 

It was Yuffi who Noctis ended up accidentally falling asleep causing his head to rest against her shoulder, but it had been an exhausting day. Exhaustion that the young prince was no longer able to ignore.

Snowed In |still accepting|

A chill was in the air while Noctis found himself sitting against a rocky wall trying to huddle for warmth with a familiar presence resting against his side. The situation that Noctis and Yuffie found themselves in. The chill was from the fallen snow that continued to linger outside causing the two to be trapped from the outside world. It was unknown if there was a way for them to escape. It was unknown if Noctis’ friends were out there searching for the two of them. They could only rely on each other at the moment. 

It was difficult to say how things truly were outside since they were dealing with a troublesome situation. Was the snow still falling? Or did it finally stop? 

That was an answer that Noctis was unable to fix while waiting as the only thing that they could do for now. Waiting and sitting next to Yuffi trying his best to keep the both of them warm because of the lingering chill. 

Noctis leaned his head back before looking down at Yuffi. They were sitting as close as they possibly could to fight off the lingering cold. 

“Are you okay, Yuffi?”
