my dad gave me some newer re-used headset today, and I decided to use it for my sibling's computer (no headset for work). the sound was so good on games I tried, I'm watching Jade Armor eps now for comparison. and WOW. THE DIFFERENCE.

I can hear every teeny bit of sound in the background now that I didn't even motice before. Like how sometimes, The Crimson Lord os accompanied by this "hollow" creepy theme. Or the happier beats and themes actually sound like music now, not soemthing kn the background. Or when there's anything suspicious or suspect going on, here's a separate track for that. For example, when Kai is being interrogated by LJ's family in ep 11, it builds up to the park fight and then changes into the "Kai's dad" theme. (Similar or same theme used when LJ sees her double in 1.18 "The Pomegrenate") Or in the theater, there's this subtle beat during the entire fight that builds into one of the main themes playing at the ends of fights. I didn't even know that was there, it just sounded "empty" or like there was nothing but the stage echo there. This is so fascinating for me lol (has only ever had cheaper headsets for music). Like I can see recreating some of these themes if I had a bit more digital music know-how.

This is gonna make rewatching Jade Armor so much more detailed for me omg

the skullcandy 2xl shakedowns were a beautiful sound for like 20 bucks and then they stopped making them and i cant buy them on ebay because theyve been broken every time ive tried and the ones that werent broken were A DIFFERENT STYLE OF HEADPHONES THAT HAVE THE EXACT SAME NAME......
