I received complimentary Sir Kensington's classic mayo packets and a complimentary can of Wild Planet Foods skipjack tuna to create and share a recipe. We have several recipes we're considering. Recipe post to follow. All opinions are my own.

Sir Kensington's Classic Mayonnaise is a nice, smooth, tangy mayonnaise that's just as good on a sandwich as it is in a recipe.

Wild Planet Skipjack Tuna isn't my usual tuna. I ordinarily purchase Albacore. I was pleasantly surprised. Skipjack is firm, meaty, tender and succulent. It's good in traditional tuna salad and tuna pasta salad. I haven't tried it in a recipe yet. I'm very excited to see the results.
