FINAL UPDATE: with that ive reached $1500!!!!! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO DONATED AND TO EVERYONE WHO REBLOGGED AND AN EXTRA BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO COMMISSIONED ME!!! skippy is doing way better now than she was and im so glad that the vet bill can be paid off with this!

I will officially be closing commissions unless you have messaged me before hand about possibly getting a commission. While I will be keeping up this post for archival purposes I ask that you don't reblog it any longer, and here is a picture of skippy as thank you for all the love and support shes gotten from you all!

idk how good tumblr is for this but i might as well try the vet bill ended up being about 1500 usd so anything to offset that cost would really help

- Update in the rbs!! but tldr skippy has hepatitis (liver disease) and may need more treatment ie more money from me. But dw I'm not raising the goal until i get a potential 2nd bill from the vet. -

i can officially say i'm done with all sketch commissions and now only have rendered comms left to do!! these take longer esp since finals are coming up for me it'll take a bit more time but they'll get done ᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ

skippy update 2:

she came home yesterday and was eating the canned food we got from the vet didn't manage to eat all of it but thats alright! She ate some kibble and drank water and seemed to be doing fairly well but this morning idk anymore shes well enough to come to my bed and wake me up at the usual time which is good! but refuses to eat the canned food she liked yesterday and wont touch her kibble she will eat ham but thats high in sodium so i dont really like the idea of giving her that as a food replacement... i dont think shes drank much water? she did have the canned food so at the very least shes getting water from that but she'll need more than just that... I also don't think shes been grooming herself at all which is kinda another sign that shes not taking care of herself (ofc just cuz i havent seen it with my own eyes doesnt mean its not happening) shes currently in a better state than before in terms of energy not enough to play but enough to follow me around the house if she doesnt eat by tonight (currently morning when im writing this) it might mean taking her back to the vet which is gonna be a whole other thing...

Skippy Update 3: Skippy is doing a lot better! I was a little worried this morning that she didn't have much of an appetite but she eventually warmed up to having more food and ate about half of an entire can of wet food!! Her appetite isn't what it was like before she got sick but shes been consistently talkative and seems interested in playing even if she has yet to actually play with any of her toys lol Overall I think as long as no major negative changes happen skippy will be back to full health by Friday!! The vet said if she eats properly for the next 4-5 days she'll be fine and won't even need to come in for a check up or anything which is great!

how much more do you have left to pay for the vet bills?

currently with how taking comms is going i think i have about $200-400 give or take (since im still working out prices for some people/some people havent gotten back to me with specifics of what theyd like after dming me) but that is a really significant portion of money!! So really really thank you to everyone whos rbed my post and to everyone whos taken a comm from me!! it means a lot that people are coming together to help my cat!!

based off my most recent tally i am currently sitting at just under $800!! $800 in a few minutes over 12 hours is genuinely fucking crazy and i never wouldve thought that gathering even this amount of money was possible thank you everyone who reblogged my post and to everyone who is commissioning me!!!! im super pumped to really get into it thank you so so much!!!!!!!

ok i know its been awhile but while juggling work, school and 2 short films we are finally in the final stretch of commissions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i hope i never have this many comms at once ever again!!!!!!!!

erm ok so my laptop is like dead dead 😓 as in despite it charging, doing an smc reset and trying to just hold down the power button and all that it just will not turn on or even show the battery is dead screen so no updates on comms for a bit while i take it to the shop and get it fixed!! i also can't access my files to turn into wip images for commissioners for the time being…………………… hopefully it'll get fixed by the end of my finals and i can get back to work 😞😞

at the very least i'll be on summer break very soon so my full attention can go to commissions! yay!
