Skeptic/Contrarain is very fun to me

Post Stanger Contarain dealing with the fact that he needs to take everything so much seriously because the people here are real, and he can cause real harm ("she's talking about the worst part of us" <- talking about himself I cri every time)

And

Post Cage Skeptic dealing with the fact that his hunt for the truth and his desire for everything to be perfectly real and sensical was hurting the actual person in front of him

Pov: you're trying to become a better person with someone who needs to learn the opposite lesson to you

They got like opposite issues! They could help each other chill out in their respective directions!

Also, Contrarian is well, his title says it all, and I think Skeptic would genuinely like his input. Especially after he's learned that the logic of their world is uh bullshit and belief. Contra makes a suggestion that contradicts everything Skeptic has been thinking, and you know what? Sure! Fuck it! Let's test it. This might as well happen. With bonus points of Contra being happy someone enjoys his suggestions

I think they'd fight a lot at first but very quickly forgive each other, before settling down into something more balanced for both of them

Someone would have to intentionally tell them to start hanging around eachother for this reason tho, probably Hero. Hero assigned support system. Go, make eachother better
