After a lengthy relaxing break, I took another 20 question quiz AND ONLY MISSED 4! 

I’M BACK, BABY!

I RECEIVED MY TEMPORARY LICENSE AND I’M SCHEDULED TO TAKE THE NCLEX ON JULY 1ST

Oh sure. Another question about some obscure fucking disease/disorder! Why the FUCK not?

I FINISHED THE PRACTICE NCLEX AND PLACED IN THE 93RD PERCENTILE (I DID BETTER THAN 93% OF PEOPLE WHO TOOK THIS PRACTICE EXAM) AND I WAS GIVEN A “VERY HIGH” CHANCE OF PASSING WHICH IS THE HIGHEST LEVEL THIS PROGRAM GIVES SOMEONE

God I'm doing so fucking bad tonight on my practice nclex questions and it feels really bad. I hate it.

From what I’ve gathered so far, my weaknesses are in OB (literally no one is surprised there) and remembering all of my lab and pressure values (there are... A Lot...)

Really wish I could just logic away my anxiety about taking the NCLEX tomorrow. All of my practice assessments and studying  suggest that I will pass easily.

But my dick of a brain is just like, “But what if you don’t?”

I hate this.

I feel like The Hype is a very appropriate song for me today.

In total, I have done nearly 1,900 practice NCLEX question. Wow.

NCLEX Question: Which of these 4 equally critical patients should you assess first?

Me: :) fuck :) you :)

Me: *misses a question 85% of people got right*

Also me: *gets 2 questions only 20% and 11% of people got right respectively*

Me: HOW?????????!?!?!??!!??!?!?!

I TAKE THE NCLEX IN ONE WEEK

A tradition since I started nursing school: have a mug of coffee from this mug before every exam. It's a mug my best friend and his late wife gave me when I finished my first degree. I've never failed an exam while doing this.

So, one last time before the biggest test of my life, eh?

I have completed 2,267 practice NCLEX questions including 2 full length practice NCLEX assessments.

I’m in the 86th percentile overall of all users of this prep program (UWorld).

I have been effectively studying since finals concluded in April.

I passed all my classes the first time without failing anything.

I’ve been told multiple times by instructors and preceptors my knowledge and clinical judgement far exceed what’s expected of someone at my level.

I think I’m as ready as I can possibly be.
