Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan, has taken a new turn in the drug case. It is said that the agency had to file a chargesheet on April 2. An update was shared on ANI's Twitter in which it was stated that Aryan Khan drugs on a cruise case. The NCB's SIT has sought 90 more days from the Mumbai Sessions Court to file a chargesheet in the case. This is because the chargesheet was to be filed on April 2. It may be noted here that the case of drugs has been referred to the SIT of NCB. It may be noted here that the Bombay High Court has granted relief to Aryan Khan. He will no longer have to go to the Mumbai-based Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) office every Friday to prove his presence. The condition was imposed on the son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan by the High Court after he was granted bail in a cruise drugs case. A single bench of Justin N. W. Sambre said the condition has been changed. If the petitioner Aryan Khan goes to Delhi to file a statement, he does not need to mention the traveling program. In case of other trips outside Mumbai, he will have to submit the itinerary to the NCB, "said Justice Sambre. The case is currently being investigated by the Delhi NCB's Special Investigation Team. NCB's DDG Operations Sanjay Singh said it would be wrong to say that no evidence was found at this stage. Sanjay Singh, head of the SIT team at the NCB in Delhi, said the investigation into the Aryan Khan drugs case was not yet complete. "It would be hasty to say that no evidence has been found against Aryan Khan. It is not clear at this time whether he is part of a larger conspiracy or an international drug smuggling syndicate. Aryan has not been given a clean chit yet," he added.Rejecting reports that no evidence was found against Aryan Khan, Sanjay Singh further said, "It would be hasty to say that there is no evidence against Aryan Khan. Our investigation is still ongoing and we have recorded several statements on the matter but we have not reached a decision. Speaking of media reports that there is no evidence against Aryan Khan, let me say that there is no fact in it, only assumptions. These statements have not been cross-checked with the NCB prior to publication. The investigation is still ongoing and it is too early to say.It may be recalled that in October 2021, the Narcotics Control Bureau raided a cruise from Mumbai to Goa. An alleged rave party was going on here from which superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan was also caught. Aryan remained in jail for about a month and was released on conditional bail by the Bombay High Court.Read Next StoryKatrina Kaif's sister Isabel gets offer for RRR, rejects key role .
