Today, is the 1st time i post a pic of myself since a week. I really feel like this is a time of reflection. We all need to think about the privileges we were born into, that we take for granted, that we don't even notice we have. Having privileges is not a bad thing, it is a great thing actually BUT it is important to share the privileges equaly with everyone around us. We must all pay attention in our everyday lives to do all the gestures, comments, actions that are good, and good to everyone. Family, friends, work collegues, neighbors... No one is perfect and we all make mistakes, but we must continue to listen and learn so we can get better. It will be a life's work, a lifelong journey. All of us together, hand in hand we can make change happen. Now more than ever we have an opportunity with the momentum that is here to continue to push. The ones who are close to me know how much i love my maman. She is my rock and my best friend. She is part of most of all my adventures and is always there for me and my siblings. I don't post much about personal stuff as it not a natural thing to do for me. But she is only 40mn away, and i cannot go see her!!!! For her safety of course. I miss spending time with her so much! Sometimes, girls just wanna hve fun! I dont have a large amount of friends, but the few around me are like my family. The strangest is that sometimes we can spend months without taliking, because life, work, living in different cities, country even... but when we do get back together, it is like we never spent any time apart at all! That is when one knows this is real friendship! And those are precipus indeed. No jugements, just compassion and encouragement. I hope and wish i can be as good of a friend as they have been good to me. And thus for you all as well. Friends are good for the soul. Life works in mysterious ways. I really wanted to visit Dubai, and this for 2 reasons; 1 i want to visit every place possible and most importantly 2, because my best friend has been living there for 9 years and i really miss her. So i prayed ! I did put it out there in the universe and i must of done a good job as i am returning in the land of 1001 dreams fo tree the 5th time! It is a blessing and a pride.
