While i haven't made many concrete facts about their canon, I know the overall arc will be that they've been suppressing everything about themself all their life. Their opinions, hopes and dreams, right down to what they wear and how they express themself. When Eris meets Z, their dynamic is very: "Are you tired of being nice? Don't you just want to go apeshit?"

Eris then undergoes a rapid change. They throw themself into everything they've ever wanted to do or try, and what starts out as kid-in-a-candy-store energy quickly dissolves into blasphemous um. Z takes advantage of this to manipulate and push Eris into letting themself do everything (good or bad) they want to do.

Dress how they want.

Act how they want.

Say what's on your mind and don't hold back just to be "civil" or "polite".

Tell lies, tell the truth, it's all the same anyway.

It's a downward spiral, and they're smiling all the way to hell.

Misgendered by family, feels bitter and angry with them.

Not satisfied by acts of rebellion (due to the expectation you have to live by SOME rules)

Perhaps aer rebellious tendency came from how ae wanted others to feel, how they react, trying to break off from the family not for aer own life and freedom but for the mess it would leave behid
