Calling this the "rawr im hangry" bowl! Broccoli veggie bowl with bell pepper, quinoa and sugar snap peas. Used a trader Joe's oil free eggplant hummus and siracha as a dressing. Baked tumeric tofu. Everything is oil free, baked or steamed. Seasoned with cumin, salt, pepper, lemon, tumeric and garlic. Lunch was extremely good after working out this morning with @wutangpete and them noon class at Paragon. Back on the work grind now.
