The job can be difficult. At times it will drain you. But the reward is pricelss. Hearing my kids laugh at my silly no sense making jokes are the best. Their smiles when i do something for them. The hugs followed by Thank you daddie. The high fives when we accomplished what was impossible days before. Their heads on my stomach as they fall asleep while we watch some tv. From drawing together to gettting into our own Wrestlemania matches, with Licha Libre masks on. Those memories are priceless. Having my 3yr old be my Primary Care Doctor when im not feeling well. To me being her Hero when she is not feeling well. Teaching my teenaged daughter to drive. To explaining to her how i will break every bone in a teenaged bkys body of he crosses the boundaries I've established. Nothing beats being a parent. Nothing bring the same joy. Nothing is more precious than my family. Even if you are like me a single dad and every other weekend is your life now. Be proud you have stayed. Be honored to carry the tittle of dad.
