I'm taking my first full weekend off in an age. Treating myself to some selfish sewing 😂 I bought a £40 wooden table from ikea and Mr F cut both my A1 cutting mats down the sides to fit. I now have a whopper cutting area! Woo hoo! I also invested in another mini rotary cutter for cutting paper patterns quickly. Ready. Steady. Go... Cripes... I'm a bit in love with Betty Blue ❤ having a go at making an Alabama Chanin tank dress with gypsy tiers. Not very au fait with stretch fabric but this machine loves it. The tiers eat fabric. X 3 the length of each tier. Each time! But out of 3 metres I reckon I will get a long sleeved bell bottomed shrug and a long gypsy tiered dress. Hopefully a really swiz outfit.
