Ah! I’m glad I can provide you comfort, it’s nice to know my asks bring good emotions and feelings as I get shy a lot with this sorta thing.

Though, as for the second part of my ask, it’s ur blog name so of Course I know you like it but, man Through Patches of Violet is such a beautiful song… I love also how Cassie sings in a deeper voice than she typically does… rlly does help the vibe that its Heathcliff/Erlking singing… makes the song feel more strong that way. Probably one of the best limbus songs imo and Heathcliff deserves that. (even if i love world of darkness, compass, and hero of course.)

Well, it means a lot that you like my ship!! I actually got my first ask from you (the one about Plushcliff that ends with "He loves you"), after I'd received an anon that made me feel ... not so great ... so I'd been alternating between keeping anon on and turning it off. Then, you sent that ask, and it changed my entire mood--I started leaving anon on, after that.

And yes!! I actually rushed straight to tumblr after finishing Canto VI to change my URL, and was shocked nobody had snatched this one up, yet. I do love the song, but I can only really handle the first part (the Heathcliff/Erlking section), since ... well, I think my opinion on Catherine is probably well established (I do not like her). That said, the whole song is really well done, and is certainly one of my favorite ProjMoon Mili songs. It's just in a similar position as Gone Angels for me--it's a song about my main fave of the game, but listening to it makes me emotional (and feel physical pain, at times), so listening to it is difficult.

I really love Compass, though!! Ishmael is a character I relate to a lot (hence why I kin her), because her experiences with Ahab and her song are very similar to an experience I had--Compass is so cathartic to me, and I cry almost every time I hear it. So ... I'd be hard pressed to choose between it and Through Patches of Violet. They both are special to me in their own ways.
