I am.. tired.
I know, I know, I say that a lot. I'm just exhausted. Physically or mentally? Probably both.. but. I'm finding out a really bad habit of mine.
It's probably a habit I got from binge reading/watching stuff, but it's literally not helping me in any way shape or form as of right now.
It might be simple, but basically.. I cannot fall asleep unless my body physically just shuts down.
Y'know how, when you're tired and cozed up by the fireplace? Usually, you'll naturally just begin to fall asleep..? Usually, it's the only time I can find myself sleeping.
I can't sleep unless I'm struggling to keep my eyes open.
I can't go to bed and just want to sleep. It doesn't work like that.
I don't know why I'm making things so hard for myself.
I hate falling asleep just to wake up a few minutes later, just as tired as I was before.
I'm tired. I want to sleep.
Please.
