Okay so like I'm sick of getting asks about this since I've gotten more than 10 since this morning so let me clarify

1 I am talking about pronouns because every news outlet is also talking about his gender identity (as I've shown here) so it's weird that I'm being attacked for talking about it when nobody is mentioning how odd it is for a million news outlets to basically be saying "her pronouns are he/him. her identity may have been involved in the motive" over and over again

2 I do give a shit about the shooting itself obviously since so many of you seem to think I don't care (literally had gun threats multiple times at my middle AND high school, come on), but there are so many people talking about it that I think that part is already taken care of. I am allowed to talk about another aspect of it

3 I am not saying to respect his pronouns out of respect for HIM, he can choke on a chode and rot in hell, but to remind people that if you say you can "revoke pronoun privileges" from one trans person, that means you can do it for any trans person, which can lead to more misgendering of everyday trans people that someone just happens to not like

4 I am concerned for the wellbeing of trans people in America atm due to today being in an age of anti-trans hate and the fact that I can already tell people are going to use the shooting to incite more targeted hate and violence at trans people

5 shut up transphobe
