Pacifica working at Greasy's Diner is literally Nicole from Bistro Huddy. If you don't know what Bistro Huddy is, it's a series on YouTube (primarily in shorts format but there are also longer videos) about the staff of a small restaurant, the eponymous Bistro Huddy, where all the characters are played by the same guy, and Nicole is one of the servers.
