Seabloom Valley House

This is my First Sims 4 Build! Yes I know it’s crazy. I’ve furnished before but was too intimidated to actually build a whole house. But I did it finally and I love they way it turned out. It took about a day to complete. There is a LOT of CC in this build (about 400 files?). Sorry but it’s well worth it! It should load fine, I have the shittiest graphics card (Actually worth 5 dollars lol) and it’s playable. 

Ideally you would want to place this lot on the 50 x 40 lot in Del Sol Valley where the Bailey-Moon family reside to get the views!
