I have been through every item she has created at MTS, and cannot find this, but Delphy's Download organizer assures me it is indeed made by her -as if the AL light color alone wasn't enough to determine that. If you know, PLEASE let me know so I can link to it.

The Georgian windows are from the Modern Georgian Manor set by Phoenix Phaerie.

The gray subway tile is by Phoenix Phaerie.

And the backless shower is by Huge Lunatic.

Houses

I had someone ask to see some of the houses I’ve made for Sims 2.  So I’m posting some pictures.  A lot of these are based off vintage and modern home plans, but not all.  When I do use plans, I have no problem changing them slightly (or majorly) to fit my sims or my plans. This first one I named Remember, because that was the name of the plan in the magazine I got it from.  Also, I apologize for the red lines.  My photos didn’t want to upload, so I’m using screenshots.

The living room.  You can’t see it but the telephone is on the other side of that wall on the left near the television.

Here is the kitchen/dining area.  It’s hard to see, but there is a computer on the desk on the right edge.

The child’s room, and bathroom, and then the master bedroom and bath. 

And finally an overview of the floor plan.  I was hoping to do more than one house today, but it took a bit longer than I expected.  Hope you liked it.

213 Brick Mansard UC CC

A lovely old Brick house with mansard roof. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, with a 4th bedroom and 3rd bath on the top floor. Getting the top floor to be real rooms was fiddly! Lots of CC in this house, sorry.

The simple structure stairs and white wallpaper panel on them, and the recolorable Chic stairs are by Huge Lunatic.

The recolorable wooden deck stairs are by Numenor.

The Malm white recolor of the Chic stairs, Steadyfast stairs and Longhorn balustrade, and Deck stairs, are by Michelle.

The Big Hydrangea is by reica15.

The LaFenetre 2 tile arched window and tall smooth top window are by tBudgett.

The LaFenetre short window, Looped white fence, Bianca white fence, and toilet paper roll are all by Windkeeper.

I started playing the sims when the sims 2 came out, when I was about 7 or 8 years old. From my renovation of the houses in Belladonna Cove. No custom content used but I have all expansion packs installed. I thought that the neighborhood needed a more upscale feel, which I created with the addition of Mansard roofs, fencing around each lot, the addition of driveways and garages, and trees and gardens.
