It's not set as a rental lot because I haven't got For Rent yet, but if you own the pack and want to stick to the backstory I had in mind, I guess you can easily turn the spare bedroom into its own unit. Or you could use the roommate system from Discover University. Or add a third sim to the household and just lock some doors. Or literally do whatever you want, obviously. Hope you enjoy! 😊

hiiii everyone, happy thursday :) here is a suburban home i built in willow creek for my save file. i had a lot of fun building it and i hope you have a lot of fun playing in it as well.

for the details...

its has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (each bedroom has an on-suite and theres a half bathroom downstairs.

a laundry room, giant kitchen and living room and a Grande dining room perfect for having the whole family over for winterfest dinner.

the backyard has a giant deck that i made sure to put all kinds of activity's on, such as an outdoor kitchen, a foosball table, dining space and a hottub for your sims to enjoy. if you step off of that deck you'll find a little tiny garden area, a pool area and some play equipment for the kids i planned on living here.

in my mind this family is a mom, dad, a teen girl and two twin children. i was going for the direction of two twin boys but i decided against it and just made it simply two twins.

Springtime Shotgun
