i love doing quizzes bc i’m basic but i dislike it when food quizzes are super usa-centric...like ones that ask “what is your favourite cheeses?” and it just names the weakest shit ever like mozzarella and pepper jack

#pepper jack doesn't even exist over here #in fact this country loves mature cheeses which afaik the usa does NOT like #but those things never have cheddar #which rules supreme over here #similarly also one i just did named some mexican foods that are just not mainstream here at all #i may be wrong about the usa disliking mature cheeses but it's less liked over there i can say that much #over here mozzarella is mostly just useful for the fact it melts well #nobody really cares for its taste i think??
