AN: Hello lovelies! Here's a future Rhea scene! It's so long that it will need to be two parts. I'll post part two on Wednesday. For some context: Julien is son of Charlene, Ismene is a member of Shrimpessa's herd of children and Rhea's BFF. Also pictured is Cecelia (Blue Grecian dress) Charlene's daughter, Noel (next to Cecelia) is another member of the herd as well as Cecelia’s Beau, and Isis (talking to Cecelia and Noel) is Noel's twin. The girl next to Violette is her sister, Catherine or “Kat.”

Tried to make them without any CC, the tattoos were the worst, I tried focus on the placement instead of design and we don't have the right length of the mullet for Jey 😔

Gaia Progress #7: The Greek Goddess Legacy Challenge

Welcome back to the Greek Goddess Legacy Challenge! We ended last gameplay with Rhea graduating Uni and a proposal. No time to waste, let's get back into it!

So, A wedding! Our first little baby is getting married and I am so happy for her. Rhea deserves the world. Everyone she and Adonis love were there and present. The family even carried little infant Aurora to the wedding. It was a beautiful day.

Vows were exchanged, hearts finally bound by law. Everyone had a great time.

They ended the night and wedding by watching the fireworks. Off to a happy life!

They moved in together to a little cottage in Willow Creek, close to their Family members. And little Aurora became a toddler! Look at this cutiepie. I'm a little sad I'll never get to play with Rhea and Co again, but I know they will come around and visit from time to time and I can't wait to see their family grow.

Mama Gaia met up with Rhea a few days after the wedding with her own little surprise: Gaia is pregnant! Yes, the final two are growing in her belly and will join us soon. Can't wait to meet them :)

Julien lied by omission when he told Rhea his mother approved of the engagement to Violette. When he approached Charlene for her approval to propose, she was gave him an ultimatum. She knew he was still seeing Rhea and that he had real feelings for her. Charlene told him that if he wanted to propose to Violette, he needed to end things with Rhea. Having been in Violette’s shoes, Charlene didn’t want to trap the poor girl in a one sided marriage and offered Julien another option. Charlene gave Julien permission to propose to Rhea if that was what his heart wanted. When Julien offered to get down on one knee and ask Rhea to marry him, he has his mother’s full support. Julien would have married Rhea in a heartbeat if she had said yes. Rhea wanted to say yes, she didn’t want to lose Julien but couldn’t bind herself to someone, she was afraid of being trapped in a loveless marriage. 😞

AN: Thank you for humoring me as i procrastinate working on the next few scenes of chapter 6! I may circle back to Rhea from time to time. It’s been fun to work through the Rhea/Julien/Violette relationships and there’s a lot more to their story that I’ll probably, more like never, get to.

NEVER getting over their parallels.

firstly, at its core, is a sapphic relationship that comes together to take down an evil force who wants the protagonist all for themselves, and by picking this route, one of the characters gets their hearts back and can finally truly feel emotions.

so byleth is obviously mc because. protagonist. of course, byleth’s heart plot line is bela (but it’s the dynamics that comes into play, since the heart only comes back in the crimson flower route). but byleth is just the protagonist that can reset time (yes mc can’t, but the whole thing in both games is that the time loops are actually part of the story. and neither protagonist can get rid of it, and despite the weird existence of time loops in the universe, some stuff just can’t be changed, like byleth losing their dad and mc just. not having a choice in their future).

edelgard is bela. like. the person who’s trying to take down the divisive “villain” in secret. cold and closed off, someone who’s truly secretly a softie and loves the protagonist in all timelines.

rhea is miranda because i hate them both. they’re both sooooo annoying and their stan’s are so annoying (ok not all of y’all) and they’re so obsessed with the mc and getting them back and they HATE edelgard/byleth. they both deeply miss a relative too and the only way to get that person back is through the mc that they also love. they’re also ANCIENT and have weird evil forms. also super sensitive. the list that would kill miranda would kill rhea.

and yeah, the crimson flower ending where byleth and edelgard finally take down rhea and byleth regains their heart in the arms of edelgard, which is the ONLY route that byleth gets their heart back btw, is so bela x mc and miranda coded.

and i guess to dampen the mood it’s even better because they’ll never actually have a happy ending since bela x mc will always reset and edelgard is doomed to die early due to all the complications from the experiments she went through as a kid so neither ship will have long with each other after they achieve happiness.
