Rakugaki feat. Fray, Myste and Atticus (my WoL) I finally reached the end of Stormblood after a long hiatus (1-2 years?) from ffxiv! Also hit Lvl 70 with Dark Knight, and it was a beautiful experience... This is just a humble sketch to capture the feeling before it's lost, hopefully I can finish this piece someday! As for headcanon of my WoL: Atti ends up changing classes from a SCH to a DRK after a "certain tragedy", haunted by survivor's guilt and the very fact that he was a healer no less. After the StB therapy, I think he's returning to Scholar with a side of Dark Knight...

my hyperfixation in portrait sketches are the shift of microexpressions depicted by 5 meager pixels

the absolute whammy where u can show conflicting emotions by pairing multiple tiiiiny markers of expressions

now imagine a VN where the sprites have microexpressions, but the shifts are so subtle that you're questioning whether they're actually progressively looking more/less pissed per sentence or you're just tripping
