I love Harry, I really do, and most of his stans (including a close friend of mine) are lovely people, BUT some of them have this insane... holier than thou-attitude that grinds my gears so badly (an attitude which I don't see in any other solo stans, at least not to the same extent), because no, Harry wouldn't be shit if it hadn't been for 1D, something he acknowledges himself, and like... I remember the same issue with a lot of Zayn-stans back when he left 1D and it was just nasty

ztans back in the day were.... insufferable omg im glad they’ve mellowed out a bit in comparison but truly like... there’s no ~superiority complex here they all came from 1d and there’s no denying that

7. Which part of writing do you struggle with most?

uh. all of it? no, but i think i struggle the most with descriptions! i’d like to think i’m pretty decent at writing dialogue and inner monologue, but i WISH i could write nice descriptions. i read so much pretty prose and just SIGH.

9. Do you prefer to write AUs, canon divergence, or canon-compliant fic?

i have no idea what the last two mean, but i am always more partial to an OU fic! if anyone knows any good OU fics, always hmi! 

13. Is there a trope you wouldn’t write if it was the last trope on earth?

not sure how much of a “trope” it is, but the general “dark harry” type fics are a big NO from me. i am not a fan of darker themes at the best of times, but i definitely will not go anywhere near an abusive or toxic version of him at all. especially when things like noncon come into play.

 15. A Hollywood producer tells you that they want to film just one of your fics. Which fic would you want it to be?

oxford comma just so i can see a child ram a trolley into harry. hehe. but no, i think out of all my fics, one that i started a while back and will hopefully post one day (terms and conditions) would be an excellent rom com. i could very much see it happening!

but also when niall slipped and louis was like oh no niall

i've never been inherently against veganism as a concept, but i find it absolutely ???? when they (and by "they" i mean 95% of the ones i know) go on out and purchase the cheapest imported chickpeas, tofu, lentils, etc etc, and then present a dish to you with a holier than thou attitude and some sly digs that go along the lines of "see, you don't have to exploit animals and the environment to eat good food :))))", like.. no but apparently you have to exploit humans so good for you mckenzie

unless they know for a fact that those products were sourced locally and under fair conditions, i would loveee to know where they think their food comes from. last i checked, plants dont grow and package themselves
