silvelakes rp has a bubble problem, a group of 5 or 6 people that are all connected and arent welcoming or inclusive at all. one of the admins is in that bubble. its not a fun or comfy environment at all.
Being in a bubble and realizing you're in a bubble are two separate things to a lot of people, but as an admin I truly feel that part of the responsibility is to lead by example and to put EXTRA effort into replying to everyone.
Out of everyone in a group, the people who should always and instantly make new members feel the most welcome, are the admin. That's my stance, and that's always how I've approached adminning.
