Tbh I headcanon aph Norway as being "experienced," aka he learns as he observes, and he, while being dependent, can't see his family and friends suffer and would very much take a bullet for them, and he also tries to teach them about the things he's learned from the future. Sometimes they listen, but other times they (read: Denmark) either get stubborn or learn the hard way. Idk I felt like sharing a few headcanons 😘😘
