Hace poco hice un megapedido a @pamplingnews y os diije que me pasaría a enseñaros las camisetas que cogí. Ya estrené una de ellas que me encanta (todas en verdad, pero esta de las que más). Está basada en Dune, el libro de Frank Herbert, que además es uno de mis favoritos y el único libro que me ha pasado de acabar, cerrar el libro para asimilar lo que había leído y en menos de 1/2 hora haber vuelto a abrir para leerlo de nuevo. Una maravilla, y que por si sólo se ha convertido en una versión 2.0 de viaje del héroe, ya que después de haberlo leído ves la sombra de su influencia en libros, series y películas posteriores. Tanto de ciencia ficción como de fantasía. Con el estreno de la nueva película (que será bilogía) y que todo el mundo anda haciendo lecturas conjuntas la verdad es que me está dando el gusanillo (🥁 Pun intended) de volverlo a leer. (Además es la mejor época con temperaturas que pasan de los 40ª toooodos los malditos días...) Pero no sé, porque tengo la pila de pendientes inmediatos demasiado alta y quiero bajarla. Pero si, me atrae muchíiiimo una re-lectura. La película me llama menos porque vistas las adaptaciones anteriores no quiero hacerme ilusiones y no creo tampoco que vaya a estar a la altura del libro. Y bueno, Momoa haciendo de Duncan Idaho (mi personaje favorito del libro) me tira mucho para atrás, con el resto del casting bueno... creo que en general está bien y hay un par de actores que creo que están muy bien elegidos. Así que supongo que acabaré viéndola mas tarde que temprano al menos. Y bueno, eso que si podéis leed el libro, aunque si lo hacéis os recomiendo leerlo en papel, que hay un glosario y algunos apéndices que conviene tener a mano y consultar de vez en cuando.
