2 months? Maybe 3 since she had been pulled from her realm into this one; yanked into a new reality and war. By Naga’s grace, she wasn’t thrust into enemy hands but into the arms of white cloaked gentleman. In the midst of the confusion and after a panic inducing start, she came to understand what was occurring and the reason she had been called forth. Once things have been managed in Askr then she could return. Not exactly how she anticipated taking a small break but-- 

Her time nonetheless, has been fulfiling. Heroes and legends of old, strangers from other realms, familiar faces -- all gathered for a single campaign by the power of the Kyn’s gun. ( That’s... that’s what it was called right--? ). Within down time, their exchanges have been uplifting and precious knowledge traded. For moments like these, she almost forgets that there is a war happening -- the world seems to stop and they are all enjoying themselves. 

Like... Kyn. 

It was by accident-- she didn’t mean to walk in on him during his little session. Venturing around, the sound of shuffling graced her ears. Assuming making someone needed help she peeked in to see him doing... well she wasn’t sure.

❤ Favorite Male: dj octavio!! his boss fight in sploon 1 is great… and i admittedly still haven’t gotten around to beating story mode of sploon 2 yet but lbr it’s gonna be him and it’s gonna be GREAT.❤ Favorite Female: marie!!!! my… my sweet darling… i love her so much. for eel. team marie for life. ❤ Favorite Pairing: hmmm. i dont really ship anything in splatoon but i guess marina and one of the squid sisters would be ADORABLE. give me gay squids thanks.❤ Least Favorite Character: i mean… i like the new hat shopkeeper… but i miss annie. so her?❤ who’s most like me: i guess marina? maybe? or maybe annie. not sure.❤ most attractive: er… the squid sisters and marina, objectively? idk i never really thought about it.❤ three more characters that I like: pearl, cap’n cuttlefish, and callie!

LEGEND OF ZELDA:

❤ Favorite Male: if link doesn’t count, revali. or groose. or sidon. no, ravio! wait no, i also love the happy mask salesman! all of them are so great. wait no, ganondorf! ALWAYS GANONDORF.❤ Favorite Female: oh god i love all the ladies– if i had to narrow it down to 3… zelda herself, aryll, and agitha?❤ Favorite Pairing: um oh geez i do not know how to narrow this one down. i’ll just be basic af and say ravio and hilda. really, it depends on the game…❤ Least Favorite Character: tingle………. but i don’t hate him THAT much either. he’s just. tingle. oooh wait no what’s his name– malo! malo from twilight princess! that baby scares me. :c❤ who’s most like me: um…. i’m really bad at questions like this. ❤ most attractive: oh god um. okay. i really like tp and botw link…. and have you SEEN adult zeldas in general because holY SHIT????????? "I'm fine!" Cynthia said cheerily. She knew this probably seemed weird to Kyn - her fussing over him when she looked barely any older than him.

What was his age, anyway? She was twenty-three, she'd never asked his. "You just seemed kinda off, that's all..."

Well. And he reminded her of grown-up Sigurd (her Sigurd, not the real one, oh gods the real one was here how was she not freaking out more), but she wasn't going to mention that unless pushed. "You sure you don't need anything?"

Fortune telling...? Well, despite the fact it's a sham in their world, perhaps here it's more... legitimate. Wouldn't hurt to try, right? Kyn delicately approaches, waiting for when they're allowed to take a seat.

           “ come on, sit down. . .you don’t look very convinced. ” not that it bothers vlad these days. they must be curious to some extent to even step inside his booth. he waves his hand across the table at the chair across from him, eyes cast down at the visitor before they get seated. he shuffles the cards in his hands as they sit before spreading them between them, as he always did.

      plucking three cards from the spread, he lays them out between them, face down so that only the gilded back shines in the low light. he lets them sit a long moment before choosing the one to the left, sweeping the other two aside before flipping it face up between them.

     on the face of the card sits a man who bears a striking resemblance to vlad’s own teacher, though only vladimir knows that. he sits behind the tools of the magical trade, a master of his craft.

        the magician.

          “ the magician. a card i myself am partial to. . .it tells me you have the means to take a new step in your life, though you may not feel you’re ready for it just yet. if you have a specific wish or desire you want made real, now is the time to take the steps to make that happen. ”

How delightful! It reminds them of their Dad's bakery during Halloween. Kyn smiles as they approach, already writing down their order. "A chocolate cupcake and hot cocoa for me please. Feel free to decorate it however you like!"

Terror-iffic Treats!

“Sure thing, Kyn, and good timing too! I’ve got cupcakes baking right now! If you’re not too particular about frosting, I’ll give them orange frosting and some sprinkles to make them more colorful, or chocolate chips if that sounds more ideal. Kaze over here will get started on the cocoa meanwhile. Any specific preferences on either?”

Too cute! Just as a little thank you, Kyn lifts Lucy and gives her a hug. Then immediately sets her back on the counter. Wouldn't want to hold up the line or possibly get sliced in two by her father...

The little girl wasn’t the only one laughing as she was picked up, albeit Chrom was slightly more reserved in showing his amusement. Squeeling in delight wasn’t exactly his thing.
